    Would like to hear if the weekly progressions are similar in JuggernautAI vs EvolveAI. I ran powerbuilding on Evolve for 4 cycles but got tired of slowly ramping up from 2 sets @ RPE 6-7 to 3-4 sets @ RPE 9 over the course of 3-4 weeks, then having to deload immediately after. Mainly speaking of assistance work here but it just never felt like enough volume or intensity.

That’s why you try multiple different blocks and see what results you get from doing them. I do rts coaching and I’d say it took about 8 months to find what clicks, and now all 3 of my lifts are PRed. Prior to that, I was very up and down, sort of like what you may have faced. Interesting this video popped up today. I've also been burnt out on training the way I have been, following the same spread sheets over and over. Just started Juggernaut AI today and had a pretty nice Squat session, I have a lot of room to grow in Squat and Bench so hopefully i'll see some good progress.😊

    Hey Brandon. Glad to hear of your update. Could you kind of give us the "nutshell" differences you see between Evolve AI and JuggernautAI? Thanks!

    • @BasementBrandon
      @BasementBrandon  Год назад +1

      Basically comes down to the brains of it. A lot of the normal training stuff will be similar as most programs follow some basic principles. Where it will be different is when it comes to things like bench marks, peaking, accessories.

    • @gaberoo9099
      @gaberoo9099 Год назад

      @@BasementBrandon Thanks Brandon. Aside from the benchmarks, a difference I found (using Juggernaut book, not the AI version) was that Chad had one version where you would do Heavy, Light, Medium workouts per week in, say, the bench press and you would do full movement bench for heavy, 4 block bench for Light and 3 block bench for light (something like that...I may have gotten the block count wrong). That did seem to work for me (I haven't seen that possibility offered in the EvolveAI). There must be other concrete (specific) examples of differences between the two, but that is one that I remember.

    • @BasementBrandon
      @BasementBrandon  Год назад +1

      @@gaberoo9099 good call out! I've compared the 2 apps side by side with the start of this block and the suggested protocols are different despite me putting in the exact same info. I also believe I'm a bit of an outlier since I have so much history logged in both apps vs someone who may be using both for the first time.

    • @gaberoo9099
      @gaberoo9099 Год назад

      @@BasementBrandon Aside from that, there is a difference in the price I believe. EvolveAI was going for $77/6 months ($131/1 year...I think), whereas JuggernautAI was...$30/month?

    • @gaberoo9099
      @gaberoo9099 Год назад

      @@BasementBrandon Not that a difference of less than $20/month is going to sway many folks. I jumped on board with EvolveAI because it was really affordable at $77/6 months and had the impression it was more or less the same as JuggernautAI (I had been following Chad's book Juggernaut training and was doing well with that approach).
