@@robertcrowther8202 whoa 170 pounds?!?! Well the woman in the video was 6x National Champ and a World Champ in powerlifting and deadlifted 420 pounds at 114 pounds bodyweight, so maybe it is in fact you who needs to study training.

Bro
If I try to land like a ninja it's a Beverly hills ninja 😅
Marissa -- do you use any pre-workout or even just a little coffee or energy drink to help with a tough workout?
Just coffee
Why good mornings vs RDL's?
They both get used in different parts of the training. One workout is not representative of the whole of someone's training.
Holy...good Training, awesome physique, beautiful. I like
Thank you very much!
Is this a bridge block workout or powerbuilding workout?
@@alexwelch1520 bridge
Is this style training in the app?

Why is a 32 year old telling us how to train after 40?
@@darknessandlife777 she is 48
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems Nah, not buying it! 32, maybe 33 at most. 😏
She said she is 49
@@fainakleitman6856 You've clearly missed the point old timer. I was paying her a complement.
Jumping with weights she will get foot problems
What is that so special at 40?
That’s the point..it shouldn’t be. People shouldn’t stop doing things and keep moving
48? 😬 who cares how your muscles look when the real question is…is that middle muscle dried up? 🤔
Bruce Lee spent 6 months on his back though doing this stupid lift she has no idea about traing
Do you think she and Bruce Lee are training for the same thing?
lol. I used to do good mornings for years to compliment my deadlift. I never got hurt. Things happen sometimes. Many factors involved.
It's all about load management
