This is actually a good PC, perfect size for me and well cooled, even better cooled than most of the $7 custom built systems. I will buy this if I have the money
That PS2 port is very important because the motherboard should respond to PS2 keyboard/mouse input even if all its other software is wiped.

Laptops aren't too bad....unless you don't travel with them a lot.
And also you have more advantage , now pascal gpu comes with full fat performance unlike mobile variants from previous generation, would u like to spend extra 6 to 700 dollars for a 144hz qhd display with the cpu base price .so the gross total will be around 2700 dollars in which you can easily buy portability plus qhd gsync screen (i.e the major factor). Nobody will like to be stationary at all especially when you travel a lot and still a gamer.so u cant defame laptops Ps: this corsair is a trendsetter for desktop rig

Most impressive, especially as a first time pre-built PC from Corsair. This machine should absolutely appeal to the slightly more well-heeled, older tech nerds who might have other things like wives and kids hanging around - small, discrete, yet still distinctive enough visually, while simultaneously boasting quite killer performance. In fact, the blue lighting angles could be even more softened in terms of the zig-zaggy lines for more rounded light pathways.
Boy-racer, look-at-me RBG full-sized PC units are indeed awesome - but really, for a certain, deeper-pocketed demographic, those really only belong in man-caves. :) Less sometimes can indeed more...will be interesting to see how Corsair markets these babies...

If I'm paying this kind of money for a PC, a 2-year warranty isn't going to cut it. Corsair should learn from Asus and provide 3-years onsite coverage as standard.

Thanks Dave, great video. I particularly liked the end, when you showed the cost of building an equivalent machine. I am currently on the market looking for a mATX build: small, quiet, powerful (the impossible triangle).And that is my experience too: a prebuild system is typically 10-15% more expensive than what I can do myself. Well worth considering.

DANG... THAT INTRO SMOOTH...
You can absolutely build a quieter build in the NCase M1 (12L case he referenced) very easily. You can have a 240mm rad for your CPU and a giant air-cooled GPU that barely makes any noise. I wouldn't call the One well-engineered. It's a 100% negative pressure case with no dust filters and the inside is incredibly crammed if you need to access anything but the front of the motherboard. All of those GPU extension cables add a lot of bulk and will make upgrading in the long-term difficult. It is a unique design though.

i like the logical way of justifying the price given by OEM by comparing it with how much the cost of the components if you build it yourself. I always do it like that when I want to buy / recommend a laptop. Because a lot of people usually have second thoughts whenever they see the price of a product set by OEM and always compare it to the bare minimum. They have to do it like what Dave did here, simulate the similar components so that they could see the value.
