  • The beauty of no editing, sometimes I say one thing and mean the opposite, example I said Frog Front when I meant Frog Back.
    I hope you enjoy this mixed level Chair workout. This will be the last video for 2018, December will be Holidays and preparation for 2019!

    This is my go to wunda chair workout! As I am in my late 60's I do modify just a bit. Love the Basse foot work, has kept my ankle with scar tissue from a tib/fib fracture mobile and does not lock up ... so I can walk, hike, bike and ski. Would like to have a couple more wunda chair workout from you... as you are the best!!
