This is my go to wunda chair workout! As I am in my late 60's I do modify just a bit. Love the Basse foot work, has kept my ankle with scar tissue from a tib/fib fracture mobile and does not lock up ... so I can walk, hike, bike and ski. Would like to have a couple more wunda chair workout from you... as you are the best!!
