It took me a solid year , year and a half to FINALLY get my wife into lifting consistenly bc she only wanted to to kickboxing and cardio bc weights were too hard and scary for her or she "didnt wanna be bulky" and finally i got her to agree to 3 times a week 30-45 minutes one major compound move and 2-3 isolation ones and now shes like wow i feel so much stronger and its like YEA IMAGINE WHERE YOUD BE NOW IF YOU JUST LISTEND A YEAR AGO lol

They just dont use heavy enough weights or work hard enough (there are a very few women on utube who do (Body by Julia) is an exception). Even now as a personal trainer who looks to see whats new out there..i follow other channels such as Athlene X . Bottom line, most women are afraid of getting big..and i tell them, it’s impossible unless you spend hours everyday in the gym or use steroids your not going to look like a man. The squat on the balance board ball thing was actually one of the major things my physical therapists worked with me on, but that exercise was for stability and getting my muscles to learn to balance themselves, not for volume. You can also graduate to a one legged squat with the arch of your foot in the middle of the board once the normal one gets easy
