If Swivel man does return it'll be a Shin Godzilla style review where Jobby kills him for good. Jobby has moved on from the joke and has shown actual spite towards it. I don't want it back because it feels like Jobby is actually done with it, the snap being his way of getting rid of it.
In comparison, the Gundam ghost represents his love/hate relationship with Gundam figures and the fans who never shut up about it. He couldn't kill it with a snap, because he loves Gundams too much and really does wish that he could have the time to make model kits again. He mostly killed it off to set up his Godzilla review and to make sure it wouldn't become too much of an ongoing joke
Next time a P.O. Box comes we know what to do

I came here for a toy review, but I ultimately stayed for the lore. I love this channel and I wish I found it sooner. I'm really glad I found you at a time when I just started getting into figures and collecting EVAs and Gundams. I use all my hard earned minimum wage pay to buy toys.

In the anime, they actually shrank Gridman for him to use his total combined form since JUNK had limited processing power to have them all out. Gridman and the NGE School actually crashed (like a pc) when they first all came out.

Many of the characters of this anime have color schemes and homages to Shattered Glass Transformers! That was an immediate yes for me. I literally watched the whole thing like, 10 minutes ago.
Akane is Optimus and received a pass holder with a Matrix of Leadership on it.
Rikka is Megatron, she’s smart like Megs and has a wristband on her right hand that’s supposed to be his fusion cannon.
Hass is Soundwave because she has the surgeon’s mask on like Soundwave typically has over his mouth.
Namiko is Starscream and has a Cyber Planet Key as a hair pin.
Yuta is Cliffjumper and has shoes that resemble Cliff’s vehicle mode.
Sho is Sideswipe and has the “slashed” Autobot symbol in the form of the number 8, like SG Sideswipe.
Alexis is supposedly like RiD 2001 Scourge because of the color scheme(I don’t personally see it).

I think the limited articulation, use of stickers, and parts on runners are all intended to evoke nostalgia for the original Gridman toys from the 90s. Less SOC, more DX Super Sentai ya know?

Grimlock's a proud and strong, yet sensitive giant,
Strafe's a calm and friendly nice guy,
Slug's a wily maniac who just wants to deck you,
and Scorn is endlessly violent and grumpy because he has an inferiority complex.

So apparently there’s another SSSS Gridman that’s almost identical to this one except it doesn’t need stickers and it’s the size of a soda can, all while retaining the exact same level of posability and detail as this one. The craziest part is it costs about the same price.
