GreatWhiteSti I think the G23 is the best shooting of their .40 cal pistols. That being said, I’d start with the G19 unless you have access to a lot of .40 S&W. 9mm has less recoil, less expensive, and will do the job with proper self defense ammo. 40 is a great round, but I’d start with a 9mm if it were me.
@@SargeC4Defense Thank you so much for that informational response. You made great points, I ended up ordering the G19 MOS. I figure if i want, I can always get a G23 later on, but the G19 will be good to start out with. Thanks again!
GreatWhiteSti good choice going with the MOS as well. I’m not buying another standard Glock if an MOS model is available. It gives me options for later and higher resale. Enjoy the G19.
I’m carrying the G19 and G23 in a Bravo Concealment RTT setup. I’ve recently switched to Smoky Mountain Concealment holsters after comparing them. Check them out at smokymtnconcealment.com/

Would you get a 27 or 23 or ccw?
I have a 17,19 and 26 carry all of them but the 26 the most but I’m concerned with 27 recoil?
I want to thank you for your concise coverage.
👍
Love my 23, was thinking of Grabbing the 19x but I think I’m leaning towards the 30 now lol. Good video
The G30 is sweet if you’re looking for a .45.
Holy crap what an informative video short sweet and to the point
👍
Do you think that recoil management and controllability - and follow up shots are equivalent with G23 (gen 4) and G30?
The G30 may have slightly less recoil than the G23.
Excelent video!!! Very edificant explain. Very good shooter!!!
Thank you!!
Amazing. I’m stuck in between grabbing the g23 or g30.. I’m thinking g30.. a nice 230 grain over a light weight fast 135 grain 40 double tap
The G30 is smooth.
That G30 look like low recoil for a .45acp👍
It’s not bad at all
In you opinion, how does the recoil compare for the Glock 30 vs 23? Either seem less "enjoyable" to shoot? thanks - great video!
The G30 is great for a small 45. It's a pocket freight train.
Do you think the 23 is a viable choice for a starter weapon or would you recommend the 19?

@@SargeC4Defense Thank you, my thoughts exactly!
You have good aim with the 40 better then the 19 lol I had a Glock 23 but sold it cause I needed the cash I’m now thinking about getting a Glock 19
The G23 is my favorite 40
Which caliber did you choose?

Well you just blew up the 40 VS 9 combat accuracy test! No difference!
😀👍

I keep hearing good things about it.
glock 23
The best .40
40 SW was triumphant
40 is pretty solid.
Just filmed the subcompact version of the 9 v 40 v 45 debate.
40cal
Trent Pawlik the G23 is a fine price of equipment that’s for sure.
