    Always great videos. Thanks! Question - given the populous area rule and not being able to fly within 30m of others properties without approval and not being able to overfly a road or car, how does anyone do real estate in places like u did in this vid. To do it compliantly, even with a ReOC, u would need written permission from every neighbour in every direction, plus shut down all access to the road and footpath to make it not ‘populous’. Just genuinely curious. How do u balance all of that in a way that doesn’t have the job cost the client $5k but u also aren’t risking breaking the rules? Is it compliant to just apply common sense and fly safely in areas like this, or do u still need to apply to casa or shut down streets etc? Thanks

    hey just a few questions:
    1. if i want a drone shot of a train station, local shopping centre, and school - do i need to ask them for permission?
    2. how much do you charge?
    3. how do you get the commissions? like do you just knock on houses that are being sold?
    4. how close can you fly to airports under 250g in victoria

    Thanks for this, love your videos. I'm interested in the mini 3 mainly because it is less obtrusive. Hopefully this is not too much off script, but is there a way to blur neighbors properties when editing; noticed you also use FCP X?

    Sick video for an apparently sick drone. I'm almost sold just need the adjustable aperature and would keep on hand for any low wind condition days.

    The verticals are great since agents are doing more on-the-go videos for reels and tik toks! Also, I’m really looking at getting this drone but would the filters put it over the 250g limit?

      After swapping out the lens cover with the DJI nd filter it’s actually slightly less weight

    The mini 3Pro, and now the 4 Mini Pro, has a camera that is comparable to cell phone cameras. Actually, it’s worse. I own a Mini 3 Pro myself.

    you guys nailed this review! interested to hear if you can get the drone to launch near an airport given DJI geo fences you out regardless - or does the drone / App knowits under 250grams and let you launch?

    Hey Aaron great video as always. Considering getting a mini 3 as well. Have you or anyone here know if we still need to unlock the mini 3 before flying within 5.5km of the airport in Australia. Would like to hear from someone who has flown a mini 3 near an airport and if there were any issues when doing so.

    its a shame that a pro photographer does not know 48mega pixels is a marketing joke. Honestly, now. He should know that like most pro photographers. There is nothing in it. NEVER shoot 48 meg pixels per other experienced reviewers. Apart from that nice video.

    The only problem with a DJI drone is that you can't fly Near airports It got DJI GEO fencing

    • @africanhistory

      I think that is a good thing. Would you like to be on a plane and have drones flying into the jet engines?

    • @HarryKuloh
      @HarryKuloh 2 года назад +1

      Seems like a solution, not a problem. You don't want to be the douche who sends a drone into a plane
