Love your videos Richard, I’ve learned so much from them. Got my mod 2 test Tuesday 🤞🤞🤞. Should be ok, I’ve lived on the Isle of Wight for 54 years and driven on the road here since I was 16.
They always seem to put manhole covers on bends for some reason, do you try to keep upright if your going over them and dont brake if your going over them?
Casual road-riding hitting a manhole cover isn't the end of the world. In the dry it's a non-event really, in the wet it can get the bike to step out a bit but it recovers as soon as you're off it. More - how shall we say - spiriting riding can result in big problems hitting a wet manhole cover. Definitely don't brake on wet ones, unless you have ABS. 😊
Many thanks, Richard, another great tutorial 👍
