what I do to avoid getting makeup on my shirt when I'm getting dressed is to put my hair scarf over my head and face, then slide my shirt on over it, then remove the scarf. That way, the makeup, if any, will get on the scarf, not my shirt.

Take 1-2 cups of organic apple cider vinegar and pour it in a hot bath. Soak for about 15-20 minutes and be sure to rinse off in the shower afterwards. This will restore your pH levels and get rid of any unnatural odors "down there." :)

Use St. Ives to scrub your scalp and it'll barely EVER itch! As long as it's used before organic shampoo with no sulfates, parabens, and glycol stuff. Then follow up with some essential oil massage on your scalp afterwards. For periods, put an overnight pad on backwards and it'll catch more blood. Vaseline on your lashes for fullness.
This reminds me of when I wasn’t allowed or couldn’t afford makeup, use cocoa powder for contour or eyeshadow! Or burn and almond for eyeliner! This works and have been used for so so soooo long!
