Nice concept. It would be interesting with a 50-60 mm suspension fork and 50c tire clearance.

Resembles Stevens Gravel Bikes a lot, my favorites 👍

I'm less impressed with Stevens: steep head angle, flat seat angle, long seat tube, only 160 mm brake disc

Wondering what the seat height is on that bike pls. Not sure whether to get a S or M

Very nice bike! What kind of computer mount are you using in the video?

Hi, that's our own computer mount that comes with the bike and can be fitted with adaptors for all common GPS units, plus a GoPro style mount for camera or lights. Hope that helps!

Hi. I will buy Silex this week and I wonder if 400 model is good enough or should I buy something above? I wanted to buy 600 model, but it was dissontinued in 2022.

Hi, we believe the SILEX 400 is a very capable gravel bike! It uses the Shimano GRX 2x10 speed drivetrain, so it's great on and off road thanks to closely spaced gears. We also offer the SILEX 700 which uses a 1x12 Shimano GRX drivetrain and an upgraded Easton wheelset. It uses the same frame, fork and tyres however, so a lot comes down to you drivetrain preference.
We think you'll have a great time on either model - and look forward to having you as a #meridarider ☺️
      Regards,
      MERIDA

Is there any posibility that we will get 2x12 GRX800 or GRX600 series option in the future, lets say for 2025 models? I know there is going to be 8000 series but thats out of my price reach. This is bike which I am going to buy if those options become avaiable.

Hi there, at the moment we don't plan to add a 2x12 GRX model to the 2024 lineup, but that may change for 2025. We'll pass on your feedback to the product team anyway!
      Regards,
      MERIDA

I am extremely disappointed that Silex 700 in Dark Strawberry color is not available in my country, while it is available in neighbhouring countries... what is the reason for this?

Hi, MERIDA national distributors choose which models and colours they bring into their region independently. Have you contacted your national distributor to see if they can help source a bike in the colour you desire? You can find their contact details here:

    Does it have UDH?

Hi, the SILEX does not use a UDH hanger - you can find the part number for spare hangers (and all other spare parts) here: d2lljesbicak00.cloudfront.net/merida-v2/crud-raw//db-global/2024/frame-explo-drawing/pdf/my24-frame-spare-parts-bikes-silex-cf2-ii.pdf
