Love this song - remember it well as a kid in 1979. I'd never seen this video before, only the promo clip. The smile on Cesar's face looks genuine, like he's really enjoying this. I love the way the props dance and get into the rhythm towards the end.

They are probably reserved European people as this was a European Top of the pops. Probably Wondering who the weird guy was acting a clown with weird accent.
Right after this came out in '79 someone opened up a clothes shop up near my school and it was called "Bang Bang" twas very popular!
Only just realized that B.A Robertson is the spitting image of Dean Saunders [ who used to play for Liverpool}, lolol.

Knew just how popular by work colleagues in the millennium having posters near their desks of Elvis Presley, Abba, and David Bowie. All in the charts before they were born.

I think he was only about 22 years old here. I thought he was about 40. A great record all the same.
22 but looked 40. He co-wrote mike and mechanics massive hit in uk usa australia and everywhere "living years" and made a lot of money.

Always thought BA was a one trip wonder. He played to the camera. Nice catchy tune but the guy was no singer. Just the usual gimmick record of the time with some innuendo.
