Thanks for sharing. My''99 Dakota has its 36670 PA box held in place with two bottom screws and a hook on top.I removed the bottom screws but I'm unable to unhook it from the top. It wiggles but something prevents it from unhooking it and I cannot see what...Its a PITA; things could be be way simpler...

Sometimes something that seems realy simple just takes the piss!!.
You need an award for not swearing lol :-D.
Odd to put the power amp outside of the radio, perhaps they are telling us that the radio is non standard and no other radio will ever fit in the dash due to lack of space. lol.
