Say what you like about him, he's doing unreal things at Leicester and he deserves respect for that

He’s the best British manager at the moment.. as a Celtic fan I felt although we won everything domestically I felt in Europe he was unadaptable and we were underachieving but now he’s working with better players he seems to have learned a bit from our heavy defeats vs PSG and Barcelona

Even at that time he bought very good players and brought youngsters to the team. like Sterling, Joe Gomez, Lallana, Firmino, Origi. and he also bought Benteke for 32 million (lol).

Alfred Rieder I can see them making top four. Think Arsenal and United are not as good collectively. Better individuals no doubt, but Brendan like Claudio has created a good consistent team.
@@GafuraCapital I agree, Chelsea is doing what nobody expected and they're both 6 points clear, I don't see United or Arsenal closing that gap they're losing games in ridiculous fashion. Honestly I do think Chelsea will finish 3rd but Leicester are playing like a top 4 side usually does. Really great to see them bounce back from what happened after the title win. Everyone thought they would end up being a solid mid table side, that was their supposed level. But Brendan is an amazing manager.

@@MechaMeister Brendan has huge experience. Ole is most likely not going to work out. Not his fault. Woodward is the biggest problem and players like Pogba and Martial will throw him under the bus if they keep losing to bottom half Premier League sides. Shame!

If it was me, I'd give Ljungberg until the end of the season. He could be good. His work with the U23's was really good and he has a great connection with the younger players in the squad.

I have been coaching for around 25 years with Swansea City, I have also been a scout with the club, I have been running my own soccer schools for 15 years.
I have seen a lot of Gaffers come and go, but in my time being a coach, scout and fan with the club, Mr Rodgers is the only Gaffer, I know who gave the U6 & U7's 30 minutes of his time in a question and answer session, the day before Man City.
I would like wish Mr Rodgers continued success, he is one of the nicest men in football. ATB. Reeco

As I say, we have a tremendous group of players here at Leicester City Football Club. The players are working hard, scoring goals with the intensity, tenacity and character that we are working towards. As I say, they understand the philosophy of the game which is very important here at Leicester City Football Club. (Don't ask me about defending).
I thought the final question where he was asked to describe himself as a manager in 3 words he would say Great character Wonderful human being and terrific learner :D

It's quite simple the answer to not being on social media, info is too easily spread and that can lead to tactics being exposed etc. Its sensible to actually stay away from social media as a manager unless its family posts. BR is a class act, no wonder he became such a good coach.

As an lfc fan I have mixed feelings towards Brendon,but I think at the time he was our manager he did very well with the limitations we were not so well up on til later on,I think with time I have learned more and lost any bad feeling I may have had for (wrongly I believe now) thinking he messed up,I think his hands were tied to a great extent,and he did give us some brilliant memories.
I love how he has Leicester playing atm,I would love to see them finish as high as possible as long as it doesn't negatively impact Liverpool of course,but if for some weird reason it came down to Leicester v man city I'd be roaring on Brendan and the boy's.
Apart from anything else they are great to watch atm,maybe a bit cynical at time's,but so is loads of the team's,even my own once of twice.And they didn't buy their success,it would also be a great tribute to their owner who was killed that day trying to fly out of the stadium.

Surprising lack of Liverpool players but the dire defence is what cost him the 13/14 title, and never thought Carragher was great, particularly when Rodgers was there. Midfield post the Mascherano/Alonso days has never been that strong.

Oh I forgot Coutinho, that's annoying. He'd get in ahead of Maddison and the rapidly declining Gerrard. I always thought Gerrard should've been used as a striker in his later days. Still a massive threat in and around the box but as a deep lying playmaker/DM he just didn't work... would've avoided the slip too!!

Brendan Rogers owned 98 houses at the time of his divorce. He gave his ex wife half of them. He gave away half of his wealth leaving himself with just 49 rental properties and a six bedroom mansion in Liverpool which he now rents to jurgen klopp to live on. He truly is a man of the people...
