That’s the helmet visor clip mount that comes with the bike kit. It’s made for a ball cap but works pretty well on a mountain bike helmet visor. I’ve gone on high speed downhill runs with no issues 👍

The visor clip definitely will. I haven’t tested the necklace. I mostly use my GoPro for that type of riding.
Put a real 360° camera 10cm next to the handlebars. It will look better.
