This is a moot point when you use a StreamDeck. Once you’ve added the Overlay scene to you other scenes you’re done. You don’t have to be bothered by scene or source panel clutter. Assign your DSK sources to streamdeck keys with even actual animated icon buttons and ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I actually don't want them to stay above scene transitions. Do you know if it is possible to override that?

I have it linked in the description. Just download the "downstream-keyer-0.2.3-windows-installer.zip" version, unzip it, and run the installer.
