Here from seeing your RUclips name on your truck. You seem rly good at fishing.
Great tips! Nothing like the fluke!
One of the best ever
Great information. Give thanks. 🙏🏾
Thanks for the insight. Keep them coming 🫵🎣
Will do!
I live in North Alabama. I’m from Scottsboro so I grew up fishing Lake Guntersville at Goosepond. I also fished in college for the University of North Alabama. I’m looking to get into kayaking fishing currently. I love your content!
Thank you and once you do, let’s connect and fish some of those places.
Great video and fishing tips! Thank you 😉
Glad you enjoyed it
Thank you Chad for the great tips can you tell me the best way on starting bass fishing
Thank you for the tips new subscriber also im a true beginner and need all the tips i can get what i like the most about you that you still use the spinner reel seem like guys downplay it for bait casters
Chad, you mentioned fishing at night....have you made any videos that focus on night fishing and all that that entails?
Yessir, quite a few
Fall bite is on the way!
Its here! We hit the 40s once and high 50s every night now
This was a great video! I learned 3 things that I'm going to adopt & try. I have a follow up question: When fishing with the Shockwave over grass or the D Shad- what rod do you use?
I’ve been using the YakRods Foundation Series 6’10” to 7’ Medium Heavy Fast. I like both but have become partial to the 6’ 10” for this type of fishing.

I’m fishing tannic water in SC. Would watermelon red be a good fluke choice in sunny weather? Very small lake and I think it’s mainly bluegill in there?
In tannic water I like to go more shad colored, something a little whiter or brighter
I currently use a MonsterBass bag to hold my soft plastics on the water. They switched to the bag for a couple months awhile back and it has worked perfect. When it breaks I will definitely be looking into the Plano bag.
Same here!
Thanks Chad! Another great video on how to catch the giants. Making the adjustments are key! We spent three days making adjustments including location and presentation, that in the end paid off. It wasn't until we switched from the toad and frog to the fluke that I caught my personal best. You poured a lot of knowledge into my head in those three days of which I am grateful. That was by far the best trip I have ever made. I think we might have to do it again next year!
Thank you Terry. Looking forward to some more great tips while I’m down your way this fall/winter
Where can I find a hat like that? 🤔
They are available on the Realtree Website.

From the bank I don't have kayak yet or a boat
Man I'm so ready for some fall fishing. Awesome video
You and me both!
Awesome information! Love the toad bite also! I have also spent WAY too many hours throwing toads when I wasn’t getting hits. I found the same thing and finally went to a fluke and started catching them again. Tight lines knuklhed!
Thanks Stephen
Thanks for the heads up on the lakewood bags. I hadn't seen them before. Love the concept of the Bonafide sideline. Just on my wish list at this point.
You are welcome. Thanks for watching
Alright... I heard a new term. What is "pulling water"?
I was thinking the same thing
Pulling water just means the dam gates are open 😭 as in there is water being pulled and current
@@adamspencer5226 gotcha, thank you Adam
What he said
What’s the best hook for the Ribitz jr. I only see double hooks at stores.
Hey chad I saw u on the road I’m Huntsville and checked out your account I see u fish Alabama can u try to fish smith lake or maybe duck river if not that’s ok
Yessir. We were on Duck River a couple days ago
👏👏👏
6th Sense also makes different size clear bait bags but with an actual zipper. Pretty legit.
The thing I like about these bags is the don’t have an actual zipper to gunk up or get stuff in them to bind them up like duck weed will 100% do, these
Have a big Velcro strip and it works like a champ
Das fluke!!!
Ha!! YES
