Started watching you, Ben Milliken and Tacticalbassin consistently last year and have advanced leaps and bounds in my knowledge and desire to go deeper in this sport, and I truly have all three of your channels to thank for that!
Man I think your channel deserves SO much more publicity. You continue to create AMAZING content. especially being I’m from Ohio too, you have become my favorite content creator. Also big fan of the pod cast keep doing what your doing and you will be extremely known and even more successful than you already are man.
I just started bass/lure fishing and I wait every week for one of your videos ,they’re real informative and easy to pick up ,I’ve bait fished my whole life but your videos helped me get in the groove of bass fishing, I appreciated you
Now that we're in mid-September and the largemouth are still chasing shad, the two lures I rely on (and hardly anyone talks about) are a 1/4 oz chrome/white rooster tail and a 2-inch silver spoon (two tiny lures that will catch big fish).
I just haven't perfected throwing the alabama rig out of the kayak just yet. Plan to use it more thanks to your video. I thoroughly enjoy all your videos.
Once again, Tyler you did not disappoint!! But would really love to hear your thoughts and opinions on Fishing river systems! No one seems to do videos regarding this topic. You’re a Opinions, thoughts and ideas would actually make your channel the best on RUclips! You’re the best
I caught a largemouth today that looked identical to that smallmouth that you caught in the clip while talking about A-rigs, minus the fact that it was a largemouth
At the end of summer beginning of fall I downsize my drop shot baits. I like using a Maxscent Hit Worm or a 3" to 4" Keitech Easy Shiner or regular swing impact, not the fat swing impact, in a baitfish shad color. Also here in NC when the balls of bait are being hammered I throw a donkey rig/double fluke with Zoom Fluke Jrs tied on. They will hit that even with thousands of real bait in the water.
Man I appreciate your quality informative videos. I’ve maybe Fished 3x a year my whole life, but just got into bass fishing this summer and now can’t stop. Between you and @TylersReelFishing , you both are killing it with info and well put together videos. So thanks
Tyler, lake turnover happens in most natural lakes shortly, like a few weeks, before ice up. In reservoirs this might happen sooner but this is more a function of current than solar radiation. Because the thermocline occurs where water is 55F you will need consistent cooling for this to happen. Again around here this happens in early November but with climate change it is a bit later every decade or so. It is impossible for water to cool enough to turnover even by end of Sept in your neck of the woods. What is likely happening is they the fish are going to hard cover and spread out chasing bait. The grass though does seem to start changing in Sept and I bet this causes the fish to sulk a bit until they find safe locations
Thanks for video especially on drop shot, I just can't get a bite on it, I've been using 12 to 15 inch leader, I'll try 2ft. Maybe you could show how you fish it.
I went a couple days ago fishing with two of my cousins and my cousin caught all the fish (two 17 inch smallies and a 16 inch largemouth) using an under spin.
Just went out this Labor Day morning, crisp morning. Got 5 good ones, then had to leave because of the Labor Day crowd but non the less. Watched this video and landed me some good ones!
Why does everyone say September is a tough month lol it's literally one if my best months of the year. Cooler water in the middle to late part of the month really fires up the bite here especially toowater. Maybe this is a middle of the country north issue, use southerners in areas don't get a tough month till October when the cool tp cold fronts really hit harder. Our flip is always in October here too.

Your videos have helped me catch a whole lot more bass 🙏 thank you and keep up the great content !
I am about to hear that. Thanks for watching!
One bait that I've been slaying them on is a 2 inch casting spoon never fished a spoon until two days ago and have caught 60 bass in two days
That’s also a great one
thank you for always being consistent and always giving us great advice from a recent subscriber 💯🤘🏽
Thanks for always watching 😊

It’s so much fun. When they are on it they will rip the rod out of your hand
@@BassFishingHQ or in my case pull my kayak three feet 🤣🤣

THE Best fishing videos on RUclips. Nice breakdown of baits and conditions. Keep up the great work man!
I watch so many bass fishing channels and these are truly valuable. Thanks. 🙏
Hey Tyler, question for you do you think you can squeeze in a video for September and October fishing on moving water? River fishing in particular
Love your content and your explanations. Thank you and so look forward to the next one. ✌🏼
BUT FOOTBALL SEASON IS BACK
Great for me being a Buckeye….I don’t know about them Aggies 😅
Yeah Tyler- Football as in football sized fall season River smallies 😂👌🏽
@@MN-Bassassin13which tyler??
@@gunadoo lol either of them honestly but that comment was specifically to TRF 😂
DAH BEARSSS!!
Just put in an order for a hat and t shirt. Can't wait to receive them. Great video brother.

Tied on a drop shot for the very first time couple of weeks ago. 3rd cast i tossed right on top of a nice Smallie. 😅 crushed it!
I like the speed worm with the tail cut a little. Like a subtle whopper plopper but weedless. I caught a 2 pounder on it today. Fish weigtless
The month of September is difficult for bass fishin....cuz I'll be up a tree...😂. But FR, balancing woods and water times is a good problem to have.

I really enjoyed this video, thanks!
Tyler great baits . Thanks for sharing
Can you do a review on The One Cast lures? It's a veteran own bait company that specializes in jigs.

Love your vids
Thank you! It means a lot
Thanks Tyler. Quick question, due thermoclines happen in deeper rivers?
Not in the main river where you have moving water. However if you had a deep backwater…which is fairly rare..it could happen
Good lookin shirts! Going to have to snag one of those
Fishing season!!! 🎣🐟🐟🐟🦈
I really like the Super Fluke in August and September. The bass just crush it. Chicago.
I am a riverbank fisherman here in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. What would be the best lure for river current If you fished river current
You fish Alum creek frequently?
Don’t talk about that Roboworm on a drop shot here in OH! 😂👍🏻
I love the Alabama rig but I hate how expensive they are lol and I loose them like crazy
Loved the video I caught my pb a 8.13 in September last year on a spook
i notice no one fish a rig call "shot spin" rig a hybrid between drop shot and under spin
The therma climb is always something unknown and hard to understand ... How do you know ? What signs ? Water temp or what ?
Sonar
Mini max chatterbait has been slaaaaaaayyyying!!!
Nex vidja don’t go broke buying a boat 😊✌🏻
If September fishing is going to make me cry, I rather not go fishing 😂😢
10min club, let's go!
Literally threw that same underspin today.
Why does no one ever use tiny torpedo’s any more? I have accounted for thousands of fish with them over the years and good size fish also.

And Hula poppers. And scum frog are good too
Thx, that's why I'm catching absolutely nothing, 😂
Avoid the turn over fish rivers n creeks the bite still good n southeast ohio
Absolutely
What is this guy talking about. September is the easiest time of the year to catch bass!
You don't talk about bank Bass
I do a little in this video
I can beat them
First
Nice work!
Not only did Randy win the World Casting Championship he was also a WEEBLO!
You would make a good teacher
I’d say he IS a good teacher
