The weak point with the old Rover P4 apart from rust! Is the rear leaf spring shackles are right at the end of the rear chassis rails, One hard shunt up the rear end and they just fold up and break up putting the car out. It always amazes me the work you banger racer fella's put in to your cars to race and then after massive shuntage racing use Hi abs , Migs and porta powers to get them back on track for you and the spectators, Great effort 👍
