10/10 so impressed with your work. Great detailing and weathering and a little bit of artistic licence is fine. Heng Long are a little bit toy like but they make relatively affordable tanks and you turn them into very nice models. Ps I recently heard from Haya they are working on Stillbrew armour for the Chieftan.

No, but the ‘arm’ should connect to the ir light and move it with the gun elevation. The heng long part is just a dummy, so might look that way, real life massive clearance. Can you upgrade the TK boards from older ones, only I bought a second handle tank about 3 years ago, without electronics. I’m finally getting round to getting it to work. Can I buy a tk 7 or do I have to buy older. It’s a t72 and I have followed this build all the way through. Although I did Russian lol. But no zzzzz’s or anything Great channel doesn’t get the credit it deserves
You can, but you might be better getting a cheap Clarke board as you shouldn’t need to rewire it to use the new heng long stuff. Thanks for saying hi, and watching, far too kind. Have a great weekend!

Perhaps my imagination, but does the mounting bracket / arm for the IR searchlight actually obstruct the coax machine gun?

A big challenge might be to create a destroyed tank. Difficult!
