    Each and every point is true. Mujhe khud in chizo ki traning proper mili thi or kuch saalo bad mujhe results acche mile the thanks my gym partner ,my friend.. But jab dusre gym jata tha to waha ke bande mujhe judge karte ki kaise Mar rha even when I know I am going right but I really remember by previous gym traning exercise with my partner it help me allot.. Nd now after watching this vedio I got a proff.

    1) maintain correct posture
    2) Don't bring your arms in neutral position
    3) move your elbow at the end
    4) Eccentric overloading (negatives)
    5) use cheat reps while keeping in place negatives

      It's because handling dumbbells in an odd position for a long time may cause injury....He was explaining and wanted to point out the shoulder...I think he realized it and threw it right away....
      P.S - Injury is tearing of tissues or muscles internally.
