The sound quality is the only thing stopping me from buying it, I'm a huge music fan. On Spotify I listen to music 173 minutes daily on average. I might have to go for Q45, because my main goal has been Sony WH-1000XM6 which will hopefully release this year

Wow I didn't expect this poor review from you. I have a pair of the space one's. They are pretty solid. The build quality, despite being mostly plastic, is quite good and can handle quite a bit of stress. The app is really useful for tuning, tweaking and customizing equalizer settings. What surprised me the most is you saying that the sound quality was subpar despite having custom EQ on their app AND having the option to use LDAC which quadruples the already solid sound quality. To address the wear detection problem, you need to set it up in the app. I also got these on sale at 79.99 which isna total steal for a pair of headphones that have features that are usually found on premium headphones like wear detection, LDAC and easy chat.

It depends actually. There is a subtle lag/delay due to its bt latency sometimes when playing FPS games. It's very subtle and pretty much unnoticeable in game but if you're a hardcore gamer then it can be an issue but for casual games that does not rely heavily on sounds like FPS, i think it's a good headphone to go.
Have you tried calibrating this? It was part of the initial setup for the headphones when I just got it. Go in the app, and you'll find the steps on how to calibrate the auto pause. Mine works great

If you're looking for loud headphones, SKIP THESE HEADPHONES. The sound quality is the equivalent of the cable version of headphones that used to come in the box with phones.

The only product that soundcore has made for 100$ that is honestly very good for this price is the q45. Those one, i must admit, are VERY interesting product and they sound very good. They have an EQ and you can tweak the sound to your liking. They have excellent bass response, excellent vocals and soundstage is good. If you are willing to spend a little 50-60 extra money, go for the skullcandy crushers evo or anc 2. Those headphones have insane bass that resonate your head and i am not joking ! They are very fun headphones to listen too. Hope this help
