i visited as small chrisitian Church and they were playing their worship music and we took Communion and i felt this overwhelming joy enter my heart and my most innerbeing.. i wanted to leap and laugh,, i tried to control myself because i felt The Joy of The Lord and i wanted to weep. Nice inclusion of different traditions. Would be interesting to see a video on accidental mystical awakenings. Sure some people do try to have planned mystical awakenings but some people have experiences that are mystical and because they are not planned, these people might not know what to make of them. Or they do know and would want to share but live in fear of being called crazy which isn't so bad until they start medicating you as well. Maybe even include ways to contain the experience so that it does not cause confusion in other aspects of the person's life.
