Don't be afraid to tighten your strings a lot. I had the same problem but the more I tightened them, the more the letters changed. Mine came super loose and I had to tighten them a lot more than I thought I would. You'll hear the note change to sound like in the video.
You said the little C on the tuner stands for concert. Well my tuner has UK-C and UK-D so what does the D stand for please?
