A few things that actually helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I quit wearing ponytails because it leds to tension damage. (2) I began massaging my scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from pollution. (4) Using mild shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

Fenugreek is strengthening, it can be very drying to the hair. Aloevera is a better choice

Oh we didn't really find fenugreek to be drying but maybe because it's the recipe we're using. It has a ton of slip. Is your hair fine or delicate by chance? Aloe vera powder is the first and best option for sure. But some people also can't use that.

Anyone who's afraid of this, just put one or 2 tablespoons into some conditioner. It's the perfect mix of both moisture and henna.
My mental health has been really bad and this is what I've been doing because I can't do a straight henna mask

Personal experience using henna 15 years… putting a lot of lemon juice/acidity will make your hair dry. You can put some in for dye release, but you don’t need a lot. Or just use tea. I found using a lot less and adding olive oil helped ALOT and I’ve had no issues since.

I just mixed up some of your Indigo, Moroccan, Supreme henna with the tea and rosemary oil. Shall see how it turns out in a few hours. I’ve already use Raj red with indigo. I don’t use aloe. My hair is coarse naturally so I deep condition and use your argan oil. I love it.

Fenugreek is also a rich source of Protein though. Amla might be better if someone is protein sensitive.
Edit: I watched some more of Khadija’s videos and she mentioned in her red raj class that alma can weaken the red in henna. She recommended using 2 tablespoons of hibiscus powder and 2 teaspoons of aloe powder per pack of henna instead. She said you can use an amla treatment to define your curls and/or get more volume 3 days after using henna and mentioned in a different video that you can do zizyphus treatment for definition/volume one to two weeks after using henna.

Hello! First, you do have to make sure you’re not allergic to henna or indigo. That might be a sign of an allergy. Also, make sure you have a very strong showerhead so you can ensure it all comes out. Use our Cleansing CoWash to help with that as well.

Henna will not make your hair lighter. My friend with dark nrown hair gave it a try and barely saw any difference. Only on direct sun there was a maybe a spark of red but even I did not notice
