It just wouldn't work for me. And at first I was leery to try this being ALL THE WORK is done for you in an 1-step process; however, after seeing it SAVED on the usb and testing it, my mac responded to it as it I were going to install it from the usb. If it wasn't for this video that advised us that the OS X El Capitan is erased a little afterwards first downloading it, I would have not been able to upgrade an old macbook. I even called a few "nerds" to help me with the problem of not finding the OS X El Capitan. No one knew that it disappears after a while. So, thank you for very. I also love your voice.
