The fact that Nick was just straight up not going to flex that he is a regular on one of the most critically acclaimed shows on television speaks to a level of humility and being down to earth that is super refreshing.
I was thinking the same. He even seemed hesitant to say “I’m actually him”

There’s no reason to do all that. Not as an adult. Because he is, as you said, on one of the most critically acclaimed shows on television. Once people know that there’s nothing more to say.
Nicholas Braun just awkwardly bumbling his way into one of the biggest pizza reviews is so true to the Greg character that's its actually hilarious

He completely is. I’m not a huge fan of Bon Jovi music. On the 80’s station I don’t switch it, but I don’t seek it out aside from that. But, Jon is one regular dude. Have a few friends who have met him under normal everyday life and they both say not an ounce of arrogance to the guy.

He said "it's a high score but I think a fair score" which doesn't imply that he's about to give a lower rating, he's just stating a fact: on his scale it's a high score, probably in order to (which he flat out states to Bon Jovi right after) give Jovi the hint that 7.7 is high on a proper 0-10 scale by saying "are you familiar with my scale, it's tough", most likely hoping to steer Jovi away from doing what many other celebs who are less than familiar with the one bite videos do which is to actually take ONE BITE and exclaim "It's great.... 10 out of 10"

Quite possibly the best pizza review I have watched.
This is one of the craziest videos I have seen on youtube in many years, not just the people in it but how they all came to being there together, and then there rating a pizza everyone knows the show and Bon Jovi cracks a bottle of wine for them, and then they all just leave and walk away like they will see each other again tomorrow, but they will most likely never ever be in the same room again together, this is a video that should go viral but its wont because its hidden right now, its the kind of video that will get 5 or 10 million views but in about 5 or more years like all in a few weeks when youtube recommends it in like 2025 to 2030, I hope he keeps a copy of this video, its history news channels should be eating this up but they only care about corona

You have two top-of-their game celebrities who happen to be One Bite watchers, and who are truly connected to the pizza scene in the area. Great clip and completely fun to watch.
