Thanks for another great video! I’ve learned so much from you. I just found a Fisher Price Cozies Bunny for $1 and immediately knew to grab it from watching your videos. There is a new craft idea called “Altered Moments” where people are painting and adding to Precious Moments and other ceramic type figurines to create a new figure. I’m wondering if that’s why sales for them have picked up a bit.

I’m a reseller and I’m from Watertown ct! I also do my bins in Waterbury but it slim pickings here . Usually have to go to other towns to find some decent stuff
Omgosh you’re coming to Pittsburgh?!? You have to go to the Goodwill bins in North Versailles! Also we have a newer store called yinz binz I haven’t been there but my friends said it’s great! I’ll keep my eyes out for you guys, after being a diehard follower for years I feel like we’re family 😂
I don't think so. If I want to look for a specific item, you'd be lucky to find it on Whatnot, whereas on eBay you'll more than likely find many. I find Whatnot is great for impulse buys though.
Look up Altered Precious Moments. Right after I watched your video I watched Yvon Thrifty Rich & she mentioned that she saw where they are beginning to be upcycled. (Just like the Troll dolls)
I was on Ebay looking to buy a few items. The calculated shipping was way out of wack. Something that would ship for $20 was $116. Crazy high shipping prices. I was only able to buy from sellers that offer Free Shipping or Flat rate.
Make sure you have your correct zipcode when looking at items. If somehow it has been changed to a foreign postal code, shipping will show up as a ridiculous amount. Open up an eBay listing and click on "see details' next to the shipping amount. Make sure it is your zipcode.
@TheRebelReseller I do...and I reach out to buyers and let them know the shipping amount is out of wack. They say the calculated shipping cost is up to Ebay. That may be but there is a number wrong somewhere and the seller is losing the sale.
It's "Election" year. Every election year things tank. But this election year things are sinking fast. People are afraid to spend money. No one knows what the outcome is going to be. I have read a lot of "full time" resellers are going back to their 9-5 jobs. It's a scary time in America. Ebay and other selling platforms are feeling the brakes from buyers right now. Don't see it improving anytime this year. Happy Thanksgiving & Merry Christmas! Hope we get the biggest Christmas present of all.
Hi, Rebel and Robert! I'm in Pittsburgh and I usually stick to the bins (specifically Heidelberg since I'm South) and yard sales. I do find some gems other places, but I find that a lot of typical thrift stores around me are too expensive for my liking. But I will say, I'm in the beginning of my reseller journey, so I don't really know what I'm doing, haha. If you're interested, I'd love to meet you two at the bins (or elsewhere) 😊.

Yes! I think whatnot is definitely have an affect on eBay sales. If you are near Reading Pa. Goodwill bins are pretty good.

Ebay keeps having me re-list and they charge me 35 cents each time. Can hardly afford them anymore.
Are you doing auctions? If you use buy it now, it renews each month and you shouldn't be charged again unless you go over your free listing amounts.
