Great video , I searched this (after I installed) stupid I know but let me tell you ! I had no instructions which I didn’t think I needed and I installed the 1.5 blocks backwards who know they weren’t the same height across lol or maybe just me ! I had a 50/50 shot to get right and the difference is insane grinding/ weird sound around 60 mph , I took apart inspected everything and realized I installed wrong make sure low side of block to front ! Saves you from having to do it twice like myself!!!!!!
@@PowerstrokeRick They emailed instructions to me. Looks like you figured it out, though. Doesn't help me much. I've already gone back and forth and put stuff on and taken it back off. Lol.
yeah, I have my brackets getting re powdered right now since I didn't realize I would have to drill holes. I ended up taking the bags off fully and doing the top brackets as well. Was going to finish video but didn't want to wait!@@MACKROV
Had considered Trevors reverse kit for my 17 F350, however, went woth Carlis 2.0 level kit. Was seeking ride inprovement as my DD, which the coils made a great jmprovement. Run ing Fox 2.0s tuned but have to wander how the 5100 bilsteins would ride, considering $$$ value. Thanks Rick...
that crossmember is from B&W - it's not a Ford gooseneck, it's a B&W turnover ball aftermarket install. and yes, it's a pain - I was able to loosen the bracket when I replaced my shocks, but next time, I'll be cutting it at a 45 degree angle.
