I don't like those Worm-Drive claps as they don't allow for expansion/contraction of the heat cycles the hose & fittings will experience, besides they just don't look great.

Any reason to upgrade to the billet throttle body adapter? My pipe split so i just order the SPE replacement hose and plan on using the OEM throttle body adapter

I understand this is an older video, but do you think this was a beneficial update to the fuel system? Have you experienced and problems or have you seen any improvements such as finding less/more water being captured, etc. Basically, I'm looking for something like a Pro vs Cons of the system. As well as if you would do it today. As most of us, we want to protect our fuel system and the truck as a whole, but didn't want to waste funds on something that is a Want vs a Need. Don't get me wrong, it looks great and seems to be something that is an improvement over stock, but is it really better than stock?

I did the venturi thing in the exhauast. But i was having trouble with it pulling oil residue out of the truck. Just installed this and was hoping the smoke, oil, and smell would go away. Apparently not, so did i just waste my money?

Grateful for videos like this! I was halfway through this job and the internal “catch can” would not sit flush for the life of me. Nothing in the instructions mentioned this. Luckily, you mentioned it was a FORD cast issue, I had to grind 1/8” off and then smooth it out. A file would have taken me 27 hours 😆. Thanks!!

Mine broke so i got one of those fittings thought it was great till the next filter change. Had to remove the hose clamp and take the filter out right with the fitting to get it off. Ptt it back on the hose and connected it to the new filter. I will only have to fight with it one more time when I remove the filter and install bypass. Looks good doesn't work so great. Push tabs don't release

I want that intercooler but pricey. I had the old dpk now have dcr. Can we get an upgrade for Gen 1? Give it to my dad for his.

The part number at the end of your video does not get me the proper part to complete the console swap. My Ford dealer shows that it is for the fold down cup holder, like I removed when I did the swap.

Good theory, BUT I saw a video for the DCR pump conversion. The system was exposed to water AFTER the DCR was installed. The water sat in the metal filters and rusted. Stick with OEM plastic filters. The pump took it though!

docs diesel sent me the wrong oil filter. Staying oem again

I got mixed feelings on Doc's filters. I do like the price though.
