So based on new Gen 2 with pressure sensor and screen. If you get a CEL pop on… you need to check and if showing debris, need to change or clean screen? If not, screen blockage bumps pressure and risking breaking screen allowing debris to travel to tank, back up to injectors.

I need to know where the air inlet is for the HVAC on a 2016 crew cab extended bed… I understand that they do not have cabin air filters .. So I gotta come up with my own contraption !!

That’s the least of your worries with all of that emission control devices on your engine. What is the point of having a clean fuel system when you have an engine that is fed its own exhaust?

Are Doc's filters close to OEM? I'm stuck on OEM because of all the junk that is sold on ebay with motorcraft label and it's not real. I have a 6.0 and a 6.7 and dealership prices will break the bank for fuel and oil filters

What changes if you have a larger, 60 gallon aftermarket fuel tank? Does SPE make a kit that adapts to the larger fuel tank?

Just installed today on a 2020 4dr cab and chassis had to notch the tank cross member. Called SPE they were no help at all. After watching your video I was able to orient the lines correctly as on a cab and chassis they are slightly different. Tested for leaks fired up. I am guessing if the lines were not correct it wouldn’t run right lol. Thanks again.

I would have drilled the hole in the lowest point. I was told to run American Orange .I was told that DEX Cool wasn't okay to use on ford diesel. I also don't use worm clamps. I use PEX style pinch clamps they don't back off and clamp evenly around the whole circumference of the hose.

The shorter filter is the TR-0750 advanced, the kit comes with the 0749. Fair amount shorter and should be clear of rock strikes or road debris. I’m fabricating a cover/guard though it’s probably only needed with the 049 because of the added length.
