    Hi, Guys today we have a fast little Weight Loss Workout where the only piece of equipment you will need is a jump rope. We are doing 3 x different Jump Rope Skills Boxer Step, Forward Straddle, and Side Straddle. Each exercise will be performed for 30 sec of work and 15-sec rest. At the end of each round you get a 60-sec rest to stretch, catch your breath and grab a drink of water.

    Love your jump rope workouts. My only suggestion is that it would be helpful if there was a slight change in the music for the rest periods so i dont have to constantly watch the screen...I could just listen and focus on jumping. Thx

    First of all .. I love your channel ❤️ Can I ask a question? I've just started doing jump rope, I am getting better, but the rope is always clipping my trainers, and it really puts me off😩 I feel like I am jumping high enough, so could it be something else I am doing wrong??

    The side straddrele seems easy but is not, needs a lot of motor cordance, anyway keep the good work. from brazil S2

    If i do your 10 minutes skipping Rope (the one with 1 minutes skip and 10 seconds rest) and this video everyday for a month, how many kg can i lose? I'm 15 and i'm tall 1,77m and i weigh 74kg

      I wear mostly Nike however Reebok and Adidas do great running shoes. You want something that has a good mid sole

      I don't count calories sorry I just train and if I am breathing hard then that's enough for me

      The weighted rope definitely increases the intensity of the workout. Are you doing jumping jacks instead?

      You could start with 2-3 times but this really depends on what other training you are going and what your goals are?

      Its a beaded rope which is heavier than the pvc cord so you do work harder there is no doubt

    I feel the break is too long... there is another long pause after the 15 sec rest, so you are resting more than 15 sec
