    Thank you so much for your kindness in putting this information out there into the public domain for those of us that cannot come to see you. I live in the UK and have been in excruciating pain for about a week, your exercises have given me instant relief and am so relieved the pain has lessened. I can move my hands again! Sending a big THANK-YOU HUG!

    I have not been properly diagnosed yet but all signs pointed to Carpal Tunnel. In short my hands would fall asleep very easily when I went to bed and it constantly woke me up. I've started doing these stretches and it has not happened since. thank you!

Then it hit me...i may not be able to play because of my carpal tunnel...these stretches due to the intensity may allow me to go for it. I will do these everyday...i also love lifting weights...i hope that isnt making it worse...thanks for posting the video!

    Wow, these seemingly small movements are incredibly powerful. I have been scouring the Internet for an answer besides carpal tunnel surgery. I have had carpal tunnel syndrome for many years and am now loosing function in my left hand. I have tried some other exercises and braces with no success. I am very hopeful that this will work by the feelings in my hands, neck, and arms from just doing one set! It definitely hit the right nerve. Other exercises I have tried just make my pain more intense, with no releaf. I also went to your second video and did those exercises. I am definitely going to give this a serious go. I will let you know if I am able to avoid surgery, I really do not want surgery! Thank you for posting this video!

      i had carpal tunnel for over 2 yrs. I didnt go in for any surgeries and its 100% cured only with exercises. my best exercise was to go on a treadmill run for 3-4 min and shake my hands as i ran. it hurts but thats how i fixed my problem. plus while swimming I would move my hands back & forth causing vibrations in my hands. some of the exercises he mentioned are also really good. it took me about 2 months and i was all better.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you. Pain in my hands, especially my dominate hand, recently began and I've been taking Aleve like candy to stop the pain. Yesterday I found your video and did the exercises. This morning my hands felt better, I took Aleve and I've been doing the exercises all day and I haven't taken any Aleve since this morning. Tonight will be the big test but the numbness and tingling has stopped today. I do your exercises at least every 2 hours just to make sure the pain doesn't return. I think its Carpal tunnel but either way you helped so much. Thank you.

    Guys please be VERY VERY CAREFUL when you do these exercises. Around a month ago I did these 3 times a day and must have gone too hard. I did those for my right side and the next day I woke up feeling completely numb (almost paralysed) in that area. Since then I have been struggling with life as I couln't do anything with my right arm. Whilst it has improved, I still cannot pick up anything heavy or make a fist. If I just try to flex my right arm, the numbness comes in as bad as day one. This has been very frutrasting as I am very active person. Not bashing the video here as it was 100% my fault skipping the warnings at the beginning, but as there is absolutely no information anywhere on the internet regarding what happens when you do nerve flossing / gliding too vigorously, I thought I share my experience.

      @@zizicario Whilst the weakness in my arm disappeared, I still get insane numbness in my neck (and sometimes even my face) when using my right arm. Because of that I haven't really used my arm over the last 2 months which now leads to the problem of muscles beginning to atrophy.......I have spoken to several doctors, neurologists and physios who dispensed a lot of conflicting knowledge, none of which helped.....I'm really frustrated and don't know what to do so if anyone has similar issues, please reach out...

    • @zizicario
      @zizicario 4 года назад

      I advise you to consider non conventional natural solutions. Try bees stings therapy. It helps with the pain inflammation and numbness . You have to be sure that you are not allergic to its venom as it might be deadly. I'm sure it will help with the atrophy and loosen up your muscles. hope you will get better soon ❤

    Yeah, so much relief...painful but much better. I am having the problem with my right shoulder and ring finger @ 4th finger from thumb...i cannot use scissors, open a jar, so very painful...but after that exercise, I am feeling much better. This right neck until shoulder are stiff and painful, goes down to my fingers...

    If you don't have any problem with your ring & little finger, do you need to do the 2nd exercise. I just have problem with thumb 3 fingers when sleeping

    The real reason carpal tunnel happens is because the flexor muscles are so much stronger than the wrists extensor muscles. If you do wrist curls with light weight (away from normal curl direction) you can start to counteract carpal tunnel and it won't come back!!
    Massage and stretching are great, but they do very little to correct the problem. It's a muscular and tendon problem and only exercise (and possibly surgery in severe cases) can cure this. I.e stretching a hamstring is great, but it doesn't make the muscle strong or allow you to run a marathon. You have worth both the push and the pull of all muscles. The problem is most people never work the extensor muscles (ontop of the fore arm) and so they are weak and the flexor muscles pull so hard that you get carpal tunnel.
