Brandon Truaxe was the chemist /founder behind The Ordinary under Diciem, he lived in the distillery district and we all knew him very well. He wanted all the ordinary products to be sold to customers for $10 Canadian or less and he lost control after the company was sold. He was in Balzacs coffee shop every morning. He was an ordinary guy. Who really knows what happened in his brain, the day of the suicide our entire community was devastated.

The rawness of this interview is real and there is pain but this is her reality and unfortunately it was and is very painful to deal with. Wishing her all the best!
The unfair criticism in the comments towards this woman is extremely disturbing and problematic. It’s a symptom of the pure lack of compassion and apathy running rampant across society. People are just getting dumber and dumber yet more judgmental than ever. 🥀
We need to have compassion for Brandon as he is a true victim in this story. And now his name is being bashed. This woman is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
@@OlyaParis We all witnessed his behaviour displayed publicly on social media and we are allowed to have our own opinion. One can feel sorry for Brandon and also for his co-founder Nicola. People who support Nicola not necessarily hate Brandon. So sick of these monotropism mindsets.
She is still very hurt and saddened by this whole situation. I love how The Ordinary gave you great ingredients for even greater prices. I’ve been using them since the first time Wayne Goss mentioned them.

@@elexis3728 You're still so young, just because she doesn't show it obviously on the surface doesn't mean she hasn't done anything to him. No way would a guy say on his social media that there were financial malpractice going on unless it were somewhat true. He worked as the founder! She even tried to blame her evils on him taking mushrooms, is there any evidence of this? She has no shame, going straight to hell that's all we know
I worked at DECIEM 4 years after launch and was there throughout it all. Brandon was apparently micro dosing mushrooms, there was so many people who weren’t qualified to be in their role because Brandon didn’t care about that shit if he liked you. He got ill and they didn’t allow him to even visit the stores, they’d told us company wide to get help if he’s in one of the stores. She ousted him out supposedly, she wanted his position and her staff knew this too.
This was so hard to watch...shes such a kind person still hurting from a bad situation. Brendons passing away is a huge loss to the world of skincare. Hugs to her...❤
That's just awful what happened to Nicola. I really feel for her and her pain is very clear through her voice and tears. How traumatic and stressful. She's an amazing woman and much respect for her.
This is really heart breaking. I remember following everything on Instagram and just witnessing the chaos. And we never knew how the team truly felt that time. It's so sad to see this happened.
Such a great interview. You did a great job asking questions and giving her a safe place to share. I remember going down the skin care rabbit hole. I was just on the cusp of finding Diod. And seeing the posts from Brandon, and they were disturbing and odd….it was sad and scary. I do still like and support the brand. This was so fascinating.
It’s the first time I hear about this story and I’ve been using The Ordinary for many years. I’m in shock. I’m so sorry for Nicola. Unfortunately when a big investor takes over, it is pretty common to move the CEO. Yes, it is so not fair😞. I believe that it’s also not fair that she was the one paying the price for some else’s mental illness.

It’s common to fire employees after an acquisition or taking over. Firing is a strategic move and oftentimes necessary, even for profitable businesses. For unprofitable businesses, it’s common sense to fire and close shop.
The real story is she was working at boots head office. He met her and asked her to go work for him... It was all of his idea... She was tagging along for the ride. How do I know this? Because she did a talk in London and i was there. Love how her story had changed in 3 years lol
I read an article back then when Brandon was still alive, Estee Lauder wants to buy it but he refused, then he died and now EL successfully bought The Ordinary.
So what she is saying is that EL is perfect, she is perfect, everything is only due to this man got crazy. Shareholders are so sympathetic to employees not their own interests. Wow, what a coincidence! But not the way we know shareholders, or EL, or no one is perfect. This story is too perfect to be true. She is sooo manipulative in this story to let everyone think it’s all his fault. Sounds like an advertisement paid schemed with EL to me
I am so sick of the "destigmatize mental illness" thing being turned into "let mentally ill people harm anyone and anything they want and never ever blame them" thing.
Thanks for expressing this view. I am also sick of the classification of anger or wickedness as "mental illness." Their behavior is very intentional for goodness sake! Its called Domestic Abuse or Violence! SMH

I just started using their products. While I was at the pharmacy I was browsing facial products and stumbled across their line. I love how the work on my skin and how cheap they are.
I remember when Brandon was posting all these weird Instagram stories and videos where he was hiding in the bushes and telling he was being followed and telling they’re taking his company away from him. It was truly tragic and so confusing to watch
That sounds like paranoia possibly from Schizophrenia. Its really sad when recreational drug use unleashes a mental disorder. Wish people understood this happens more than we realize.
@@emily7195but it’s not. He signed an agreement that was full aware of and happy to sign prior to experimenting with drugs. I use The Ordinary because my 21 y old daughter introduced me to it. It sounds like Brandon had a psychotic episode potentially triggered by drug use. Others clearly know more about this period of his life, but working in mental health myself, illicit drug use, a lack of sleep, can trigger psychotic breaks. 🇳🇿🇳🇿🐑🐑NZ
Then you're ok with someone who was clearly involved in his depression and supporting that with those products. Shame on you. DIdn't you say something in another comment about not wanting to be part of anything abusive
I did not heard about the background of the Comp just about the product around 2019… It is just so schoking to heard that…If you would like to share your own perpective about this story, is more than welcomed.
I could so relate to her as we had a similar episode with our ex business partner where she changed personas overnight. She being from China even went to the extent to say I don’t understand English any more get a translator. This was someone we spent entire days and years with, went on holidays, brought up her son like our own etc etc and similarly she was there for us always and then 💥 boom. I wonder why to this day as we never even got a closure conversation after building a company from one room to 400 employees, being the biggest cricket shoe manufacturers in the world, launching our own brands. But sending out hugs and strength to you hun, there are phases in life with no explanation but I guess they are to push you onto greater ventures.
I loved The Ordinary’s original visionary BRANDEN….he truly was for the underprivileged consumer/buyer. And when LANCÔME TOOK OVER HIS VISION- everyone went against him: I don’t know the entire truth but yes: that would make anyone with a beating heart go ‘crazy’…. His coping mechanisms led to what appeared to be paranoia… Love Brendan!
I love The Ordinary and Nicola sounds so sweet, and business savy. I just want to say that work-life balance is important for mental health and family.
Anyone who has watched Brandon speak (f.e. his famous interview with Nadine Baggott), immediately recognises what a brilliant visionary he was. Brandon was the heart and soul of TO. His mental decline and subsequent mysterious death were tragic beyond compare. Nicola didn't exactly stand by him as perhaps she should have. Who knows what transpired behind closed doors. He is no longer here, there is no one to tell his side of the story. You can already witness the slow dismantling of everything he believed in with the discontinuing of 4 Deciem brands. Brandon's strategy beyond transparency was creating TO as a stepping stone to Deciem 's higher end brands. He believed that once the consumer understood the ingredient and what it could achieve they would automatically move on to Deciem's luxury products.
They legit narrowed in on the competition exposing the 300% markup on skincare and put out products that actually repair skin 😭 sold Brandon Something in line with his vision and then proceeded to take over his child/vision….. I felt crazy as the events were exposed and I’m not even close to the situation- so yes: no wonder he ‘changed’….
"Nicola didn't exactly stand by him as perhaps she should have." What do you mean by this? From her account, she did as much as she could. However, after a certain point you have to separate yourself from an adult who is not willing to accept help and continue on a path of effectively managing their mental health issues. I've only heard her version of the story though, so I'm not sure if there's more context that informed your comment.
So I don’t understand Brandon, who was the founder of the company was charged out of his company?? how was that even possible? Then he dies by falling off a apartment ???then she the employee becomes the main CEO?? it’s very very pretty very very strange story
Sacrifice to be part of the club that's why they're selling out. Everyone famous has a close relative who died just a hot minute before they rose to stardom. Its in the same vein.
How is it strange? He had a mental breakdown and couldn’t run the company anymore. The board kicked him out because he wasn’t responsible enough to be in charge of the company. She had been the most senior employee and was brought in to run things.
I remember reading an article that Brandon refused to come to Nicola’s wedding, because it was too hard for him to watch her get married. He went after people who celebrated his company on SM. I remember watching his spiral unfold online it was really bizarre and sad. He said antisemitic things due to Leonard Lauder being Jewish. It was a crazy time.
@@DREAMBIGSISo be honest I don’t think he wanted to destroy his company .. I think he’d been a brilliant mind with several mental issues all along - he behaved like someone who on an incredible high they rose to, business wise, decided to stop their medication. What unfolded then was how someone who’d taken medication and stopped by themselves without medical accompaniment of that Process often behave - trusting no one, suspecting everyone conspires against them (subtext: to take the medicationagain or go into treatment again ) It was so sad to watch. And the „mysterious“ death - whatever he suffered from he had paranoid expressions or episodes. It’s not so mysterious, he likely thought someone was coming for him and he tried to escape over the roof or facade.. I think it’s far more likely than suicide ..

Context of who Brandon is would have been helpful… did he own more shares and this is why he was able to kick her out??? Just couldn’t watch the rest to even find out since there was no clarification at onset
She should not be interviewed as she is not a real founder. Her version of events is questionable. The mistake the founder made was bringing her on to begin with.🙄
As far as I know It’s Brandon’s company and his vision not hers, she is taking advantage of his passing and making her story yeah, please let him rest in peace
She was a cofounder. Just because their stories are different, they were intertwined and she’s entitled to tell it from her perspective. She was also extremely sensitive to him and what he was going through in retelling this troubling situation.
Losing people to drugs is extremely hard. People being harsh do not understand. Is she a little princess, yes, but that doesn’t diminish her feelings and needing to work through this. Everyone deserves to tell their story.
THIS!!!! As painful as it is to make it through life with an addict, everyone tends to diminish the pain and hurt of those who had to endure the most vicious acts coming from the very people they love. Telling their story helps them set free of the hurt.
It's so odd listening to this interview.. she sounds weepy but not a single tear and lots of smiles. It's not how I'm used to seeing genuine sadness and frustration expressed. And she's saying this Brandon guy was unwell, spiralling out of control and not being rational but in the same breath saying he was not a good person?! Wow, and from what I read he committed suicide eventually after being forced out of his own company and not one expression of empathy for him and what he went through but the audience is supposed to feel sorry for her being in what seems to be the same position? Truly odd
Have you guys ever had difficult conversations in a more corporate or business environment? Crying and being nervous in that kind of place, during a business interview etc, you often try not to cry. And I hear her saying that he “was the brand.” It seems to me like she has a softer personality, which is why his complemented it, and he was the face and the energy. He called her back after firing her because he wanted her help or at least just her presence near… Of course we don’t know what happened, but if someone is mentally unstable, not only can he not lead a company and make good business decisions (as creative and a visionary as he was, often the creative side doesn’t get full control of a business because there also needs to be structure and rules and not just someone firing people and having a complete change in personalities), but more importantly, one would want that person’s health to be prioritized and often, that includes taking a break. I am not a fan of big corporations, and I can understand how one can feel distraught after being taken out of a CEO position, and it does happen that someone can become mentally ill or unstable after such a trauma in his life, but he did need help to overcome it and was not able to get it. Such a sad story. To me, and maybe I’m being too much of an empath, she seems like she’s trying to come off as professional, strong, and not as emotional for this business interview, but I wouldn’t believe that she just wanted him out of the company when they had had multiple businesses together already, and they had comfortable lives, and they trusted each other.
This totally resonates with me. I have a friend who is in the grips of addiction and mh issues. It is heart breaking when they refuse to be helped or even acknowledge they have an issue.
It's unfortunate that EL got involved due to production and demand; when their bottom line is it's all about money. If only they could've created their own manufacturing coorporation 😔 I love The Ordinary products and hope the price point stays affordable but with EL as an investor that could change (eventually). Would be an unfortunate turn for a wonderful brand where Brandon's goal was to create affordable quality skincare for nearly all.
I've been using TO for a few years now and I'm learning all of this for the first time from this video. I have to say that one thing that made me feel upset listening to Nicola speak was when she said "it's impossible to help", in regards to Brandon's state of mental health, because it sends the wrong message to anyone here who's going through it. Anyone who is trying to help someone in a bad mental state can educate himself/herself, gather the necessary people and resources and help that person recover. I speak from personal experience - It's certainly possible to help.
Read up on the history of his downfall. She didn’t do nothing, the people around him did everything besides involuntarily commit him or take away his free will to help him. If someone is in psychosis, doesn’t want help, and has enough power to prevent it there is no helping them - it’s not like how it is for us “regularly” mentally unwell people.
She is correct in saying there is no help for mental health due to addiction. They have to recognise that they have a problem and accept help. There is nothing you can do to make them. I know by experience
I found out about the product not so long ago and I’m completely in love of how the display the product and how affordable is to every women. As a Dutch person i would like to ask everyone who is interested in natural drugs to hit the library and not come to Amsterdam. Natural drugs can have the same side effects as the now more commonly known chemical drugs and should only be used with some proper knowledge. Aldous Huxley wrote some good books on hallucinogen use.
This girl is so uptight. As someone who lives in The Netherlands....these "drugs"are not toxins or addictive. Its herbs and regularised and not everyone smokes them daily and Shrooms are noy dangerous at all🙄
Estée Lauder owns everything, why did you ever deal with these sharks. Brandon knew the danger. You should never have dealt with a corporation. They stole your company! Fake crocodile tears.
Not sure why she’s getting hate for her having to take over a company when the founder has a mental break. Also EL has owned the company for years and it’s still running great and affordable. Stop fear mongering
well they have this attitude of if you don't join us, we will plot against you. so he was doomed the second he caught their attention, really. regardless of he joined or not. joining was faster for them to conquer. it wouldve delayed the process, but the outcome was likely the same.
Wow, just wow. Usually there is someone or something that you can point to as the bad thing but this just sounds so heartbreaking. Thank you for sharing your story. ❤
I've been using the ordinary since they first came out and it's been amazing for my skin and affordable. I'm so sad to hear about all this happening. I only heard they were getting taken over but I didn't know about all of it. So sad, I feel so bad for her that must of been a terrible experience.

@@DIRBANK when? And by how much? And is this before the price increases after the pandemic? The same as every other product in the world has risen by almost a third?
Honestly, being in that situation is very difficult. Not only for the person that has the mental illness, but for everyone around that person. Because you never know what to do, it doesn't matter how much you try, it is up to the person to realize the situation and ask for help. People in the comments that say that she is saying bad things for a dead person: seriously, she didn't say anything wrong. It was not his fault, he was mentally sick and what she explained was the situation. Mental health is such a stigma and you prove this one more time.

If you were not there to witness then let's not judge. He was became a drug addict who was mentally unstable, was mentally abusing others, making irrational decisions, and just not fit for leading Deciem. This interview is all over the place and hard to watch. But she has sort of delusional smile on her face talking about the initial owner being kicked out of his own company and being replaced with her. Strange lady.
Why is she strange? She seems very normal to me. But yes she had to tell the sad story of the company founder losing control of his life and company. That’s what happens when your mental health is so poor, that you can’t live up to your responsibilities.
I clashed with my boss just before he left I lodged a grievance. He left and HR finalised the grievance, during the grievance session I COULD NOT EVEN SAY A BAD WORD ABOUT HIM OR BAD MOUTH HIM! What’s the point of saying something bad about someone who resigned. Nicola what’s the point of tarnishing a person who’s NO LONGER ALIVE 😅😮😢! Is it a NARRATIVE???
What a shame they sold out. Classic story of successful British business over the last few decades.. Congrats to the American company who will now take it from $2bn to $20bn or more and thus realise the vast majority of the value from their ideas, hard work and entrepreneurial risk.
Businesses do this everywhere. It’s encouraged in the business world regardless if we agree with it or like it. I personally don’t. Neither Brits or Canadians own a monopoly on selling out. Companies in the US do it too. It’s called greed and capitalism. It’s not the investors fault if the business owner decides to sell out.

Well he isn’t. But you are just as clueless as the rest of the world as to who she actually is or what’s in her heart. Why can’t people have compassion without judgement? You immediately assume that she’s disingenuous and you have zero clues as to what really happened. This action tells me far more about you than her. You didn’t even know he’d committed suicide in 2019. I think people like you just get a kick from passing unfair judgment thereby creating toxicity and negativity. 🥀
First time I see her and I also couldn't help think that, this is playing up perfectly to the fragile white woman. Used the product but never knew any of this.
When the lie takes the elevator, the truth takes the stairs, it takes longer but it always ends up arriving. Nicola tries to play sincere but she’s not a good comedian
I remember following all of his Instagram posts and watching all of his lives it was so scary. I can def see him jumping or falling because he was so out of his mind on crystal meth. As an addict I could see it immediately. That kind of behavior is so easy to spot. I thought it was weird how the conspiracy about Estée Lauder gained so much ground because he was so off his rocker worse than a lot of the craziest addicts I’ve ever seen 😢it was so sad
Makes perfect sense that Deciem owns or is in partnership with the Ordinary, been using ordinary for a few years and it changed my skin let alone effort of ensuring my skin is good through my acne teen stages
Ok: it IS soul draining loving a person with deep mental illness and/or addiction…. But I’m sick of seeing artists/creators/visionaries (like Brandon) INVENT a world changing product (affordable skincare that ACTUALLY WORKS) and can’t keep up with demand….get lynched and taken over by their backers (in this case Estée Lauder)….
I mean.. clearly if you aren’t mentally well, the life around you won’t be stable. To expect someone who’s mentally unwell to uphold a business / product is pretty senseless. There’s reasons laws are set in place that only allow contracts to be upheld if the person is sane. Which is why we often see celebrities (Wendy Williams perfect example) lose their empires and have someone take over. It’s the hardest part of being an entrepreneur and struggling with mental illness. Everything you worked for could be taken away.
not that hard to go insane when your biggest comrades are the ones coming after you like a vicious predatorial snakes that they are. He was mentally stable before. They made him go crazy. It's much easier if they off themselves or paint themselves crazy. Easy takeover, copy the business model. Snakes know how to snake.
It's called gaslighting them until society says they're insane. And using all of the vulture friends around them against them in a strategic way. Believe it or not some evil people have humongous mental psychological gifts and knowledge they use to their own benefit against naive and unsuspecting victims. Sadly they just happen to be in the way.
Nicola, he is DEAD already. What else do you want. The defamation and gaslighting of a dead person is highly distasteful. He signaled financial misconduct after new shareholders came in, they clearly promised you his job to betray him and you ended up getting kicked out too. Also Nicola, being mentally stressed in a stressful situation is not a criminal offense.
Just because someone dies, doesn’t mean the people he destroyed, aren’t destroyed any more. To you, if a kiIIer murders someone, and it comes out that he was mentally ill it’s suddenly ok? 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
@@vsbaretummysugastonguetech1540 You are evidence of the dangers of a one sided story. What about her did he destroy? The job she was promised ? Her getting his job? He is not here to counter anything and tears are not confirmation of truth, neither can they be admissible in court.

She basically handed over her dead friend's private information and story on a silver platter. She is the perfect example of a person you don't want as a friend. Funnily, she keeps talking about being kind and doing the right thing. This interview was the exact opposite. I would not be surprised if people boycotted her products after such a betrayal of the guy. Steven Bartlett you should know better than to make a story out of someone's misery if the person cannot even consent to sharing such private info. Too far.....
This girl is mental. Estée Lauder, a minority investor in the company, took legal action against Brandon Truaxe in October 2018 after he posted on Instagram that the company should immediately be shut down because of financial crimes he said had been committed. The judge ousted Truaxe as CEO, and appointed this girl, Nicola Kilne,r as acting CEO. Brandon died in 2019 in bizarre circumstances. “it is understood he fell from a condominium building near Toronto’s downtown.” Or was he pushed?
She was co founder and deserved to be a part of the company. The founder was unwell and had a mental breakdown, not sure why that is her fault. He couldn’t live up to his responsibilities, so of course the board was going to kick him out. It wasn’t his company alone.

Yeah, I mean, everything we do has an emotional undertone. My use of the ordinary PM routine was a feeling of love, now if that changes, I'm gonna find something else. So far this didn't inspire much love
I love the Ordinary, but now I know how the creator was suddenly overnight dealing with mental issues after signing a deal with a massive corporation .. that knew he was going to get booted out and was having trust issues with this fake tears gaslighter , I will never buy another product! He was shafted and she helped! Vile people . Rest in peace Brandon. I also don’t believe he killed himself.
The fact that Estee Lauder now owns the Ordinary means nothing but lowering the % of active ingredients in these products and also a price increase. Nothing good :((
How vulnerable of her to speak of a dead person having a drug problem defaming his character and then stealing his company... She was an employee Brandon was the owner
Very inspiring story and I admire Nicola- I do feel it should have been edited a bit better. Some of it was incredibly raw and private and could have been articulated better so its “her story and Ordinary's story". I do feel sorry for what she went through but this could have been an exception to the rule of “unfiltered and unedited" chats you have. The title in a similar vein could have been a bit more constructive and less sensationalist.
If she thinks she has problems, she should see what happened to the owner and creator. He lost his mind, lost his remaining shares in his own company and then took his life. Bless him. 😔

@@Takobella How do you know she was?
"Nicola didn't exactly stand by him as perhaps she should have." What do you mean by this? From her account, she did as much as she could. However, after a certain point you have to separate yourself from an adult who is not willing to accept help and continue on a path of effectively managing their mental health issues. I've only heard her version of the story though, so I'm not sure if there's more context that informed your comment.

It is so hard when you care about someone, you want to help them and not lose yourself in the process!
What unfolded then was how someone who’d taken medication and stopped by themselves without medical accompaniment of that Process often behave - trusting no one, suspecting everyone conspires against them (subtext: to take the medicationagain or go into treatment again )
It was so sad to watch. And the „mysterious“ death - whatever he suffered from he had paranoid expressions or episodes. It’s not so mysterious, he likely thought someone was coming for him and he tried to escape over the roof or facade.. I think it’s far more likely than suicide ..

She was a cofounder. Just because their stories are different, they were intertwined and she’s entitled to tell it from her perspective. She was also extremely sensitive to him and what he was going through in retelling this troubling situation.
She’s still alive so she shouldn’t tell her story because she’s not dead?
Idk why I feel like she's also done something to him.

Why are you calling her a little princess?
Why call her a princess. Like wtf
Truly odd
I thought i was the only one that noticed this. I feel like she's so relieved that he is no more.
So un CEO like too, no presence

It's unfortunate that EL got involved due to production and demand; when their bottom line is it's all about money. If only they could've created their own manufacturing coorporation 😔 I love The Ordinary products and hope the price point stays affordable but with EL as an investor that could change (eventually).

Honestly, being in that situation is very difficult. Not only for the person that has the mental illness, but for everyone around that person.
Sadly that’s what happen when you mental heath goes into the gutter
not that hard to go insane when your biggest comrades are the ones coming after you like a vicious predatorial snakes that they are.
Oh gosh this poor woman has so much trauma. I pray she heals 🙏🏽
I'm a huge fan of her ❤🎉
I LOVE their products!
Yes!
Big words with absolutely no proof. He had a mental breakdown, not sure how that’s her fault or why she is getting blame. He was not stable enough to Tun the company
exactly!!! Ever since "Estee Louder" as he called them took a percentage of his company things started getting weird. He was a genius not you Nicola! and genius minds work differently. Anyway I have stopped using the ordinary after his death. I loved his energy and passion and vision! RIP Brandon Truaxe
She betrayed Brandon and now still crying crocodile tears. Rest in Power Brandon ❤️
She didn’t betray him. He had a mental breakdown and couldn’t run the company anymore. He wasn’t capable
Exactly this, she is so fake, her products are likely fake and toxic but won't realise until later on when people are getting ill of them
@@Takobellawhy are you so sure? Were you there?
I'm such a good girl...I would never...the twee shrillness of it all
people switch like this in this generation its crazy
@@Takobella That's not her fault but selling out the story of a dead man is despicable. She shared very personal information that were not hers to share.
@@Takobella Youre her cousin or something? Stop defending her. Brandon is already dead. Dead.
I don’t ever comment but this feels almost illegal to know. I have a terrible feeling in my stomach things are off I won’t say too much more … my heart goes to Brandon May his soul rest in peacefully GOD has the final say 🙏🏻
I LOVE the ordinary. Hardcore fan and I don’t give a damn about beauty products
The fake cry around 17 minutes is wild. I can’t believe a word out of this persons mouth.
Wow😮 this is just sad!😢 I never knew this company but I always bought their products at ASOS since it was the only shop that ship to south Africa and I remember thinking are these products worrking I mean they seem so simple! Then I went home one weekend and my grandma asked me what I'm using coz my face is improving! Just sad how people start companies and end up losing them and their sense of being😢
what I don’t understand is he wasn’t showing any signs of mental health however it has to be a mental illness to see the affects of the magic mushrooms. I don’t know if thats just me or anyone notice she is deeply sad about her getting fired than the actual event 😕 I just felt so sad now when I used my Ordinary products for the bed time routine ..call me crazy but really this is how I feel now.
Yeah, I mean, everything we do has an emotional undertone. My use of the ordinary PM routine was a feeling of love, now if that changes, I'm gonna find something else. So far this didn't inspire much love
Sending you hugs, & angel energy, Nicola. ❤🕊
Nothing good :((
Why do they lower the active ingredients though?🧐🤔
She smiles when she talks. Or am I only the one seeing that?
Really brave of her to share so vulnerably. Thank you for your wisdom babe!
How vulnerable of her to speak of a dead person having a drug problem defaming his character and then stealing his company... She was an employee Brandon was the owner
What 'wisdom', exactly?
Wisdom?! OMG…you kidding me…
@@renatamarki2435 relative to her experience and the time frame- Yes, I would say so.
Watch the long version….. it’s almost 2hrs
Sadly the titles are always sensationalist. It comes across as taking advantage of someone's harshest life stories.
If she thinks she has problems, she should see what happened to the owner and creator. He lost his mind, lost his remaining shares in his own company and then took his life. Bless him. 😔
I am not sure if he took his own life...that is one weird story...
pushed
I will never purchase anything from this company again. And I will make sure my friends and family don’t either.
