  • Syrup;
    2 Cups Sugar
    1 Cup Water
    8 Pieces Cardamom
    Saffron
    2 Tbsp Rose Water
    Boil it for 10-12 minutes on low heat
    Dough;
    1 Cup Water
    50g Butter
    1 Tbsp Syrup
    120g All Purpose Flour
    2 1/2 Eggs
    2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    Oil for Frying
    After adding all the flour, turn the heat off. Mix the ingredients completely then keep stirring on low heat for 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool for a bit. Add the eggs one by one, until you get a soft and smooth batter.
