original churros recipe do not require eggs but a lot of people like to use eggs which make it soft textured and less crispy.and It's easier to make without egg so why not.

Ingredients:
water 190g (200ml)
salted butter 40g(3tbsp)
salt 1/4 tsp
sugar25g(2tbsp)
all-purpose flour 100g(3/4 cup-1cup)
for coating:
sugar1/4 cup
cinnamon powder 1tbsp
fry 1.30 mins to 2 mins until golden brown, crispy outside and soft inside.
Notes:
1. don't fry over low heat it will become hard.
2. pipe while the dough still warm, the cold dough will be hard to pipe.
3. use a strong piping bag or double bag to pipe.

made this recipes . turns out amazing! well, i subtitute butter with olive oil .i made with butter once but my churros crack while frying. i didnt follow the measurement instead just "eyeball-ing" everything.😅
if the batter liquidy you might need to stir a little bit more till all the lumpy flour disolve and become sticky batter/dough. if it still liquidy add flour a tablespoon or so bit by bit and stir. even the dough is sticky you will still get crispy outside and custardy churros inside😍. temperature of the oil is everything. dont put in high temp or your churros will crack. i also add on milk for extra creamy churros 😋

Yes,but then you also have to add a little salt to it
This is actually really good I love this recipe but I started "eyeballling" everything and I put too much salt in it and it turned out really really bad the taste horrible but I really recommend using this but just know how much salt you're putting in it

You can pipe the dough around a. Muffin tray (upside down one ) and freeze it for like an hour and then pop it out and fry it again

fazzy wazzy it means you heated the oil TOO high making ur churros look crispy on the outside but not fully cooked in the inside.
Wait for maximum 5-6 mins after pouring the oil in the vessel and keep it on a low flame throughout the time (before putting un the dough and also while it fries)

Ttnguyen14 it means u heat the oil to high making the outside look cooked but the inside not fully cooked. The inside takes longer to cook
