I've been doing this 3x a week for nearly a month now (after zero resistance work my entire life, and I'm 43)... when I started I was using the easiest level bands I had and was hitting pause in between sets just so I could make it through. I was also doing straight up knee pushups as I could barely do 2 proper ones. I've now increased the resistance level on a number of the exercises, I'm hitting 12 pushups or so each set before dropping to my knees and I'm getting through it without breaks or pauses. This has been awesome and I'm going to keep doing it. Thank you!

Great workout. One small request please. Can you please display a exercise countdown clock like you do for the rest periods. Helps me know when the last 10 seconds are coming and to hold on and finish the rep. Thanks Ross
