In today’s video, I want to talk about the incredible health benefits of cinnamon. Cinnamon has been used for over 4,000 years and was used as a holy anointing oil in the Bible, having incredible therapeutic and antioxidant benefits.
Some of the ways I recommend using cinnamon are:
    1. For healing any skin conditions
    2. For diabetes
    3. Improving energy levels (helps with weight loss and balancing hormones)
    4. Helps heal and cure candida (improves UTI)
The cinnamon you’re consuming needs to be Ceylon instead of cassia. Ceylon cinnamon is better for you internally and doesn’t have any of the side effects that cassia has. Some of the best ways to get cinnamon in your diet are by adding it to your morning smoothie or a homemade dessert.

I put it in my coffee almost daily and in Greek yogurt with blueberries. Chicken, fish oil, olive oil, avocados, Greek yogurt, blueberries, cinnamon, spinach, whole eggs, and garlic daily. Healthy fats, berries, green leafy veggies, full fat meat, fish oils, working out 5x a week, and cinnamon on a keto diet have kept my skin glowing, hair extremely healthy, and really helped out my depression.

not if you dont know how to use them properly there are other very strong ashagandha garlic red propolis and instead fresh ginger + garlic +_raw honey (dark) bio is a great combo add some banana , only cocunut extra virgin oil carefull xd fresh turmeric or if not you need some fat+lemon or apple cider vinegar to ignore the chance of oxalate problems and stones. and with honey + turmeric +fatif properly blended give you the maximum effectivness , also add lemon+unfiltered (means fresh less than 6 months and more powerfull) +olive oil , and if you want for skin face care unfiltered olive oil + few drops of tea tree essential oil bio and later extra virgin cocunut oil + turmeric +raw honey for 20 min

In otherwords, true cinnamon is known as "cinnamomum zeylanicum" (or cinnamomum verum), as opposed to "cinnamomum cassia" that originates from China.
And as a side note, that is where Ceylon (now known as Sri Lanka) derives its name from (zeylanicum --> Ceylon).

But like anything else, don't go crazy and start chugging Cinnamon...anything can be bad when you take too much. Make sure you find out what is a reasonable serving size.

Most if not all ( depends on your particular region ) cinnamon in Europe is from the Cinnamonum zeylanicum ( syn. C. verum ) ... funny how ppl in the US get Cinnamomum cassia. Either way, there's nothing wrong with the former either, it just has more coumarine, which is not a biggie. A lot of plants do and are perfectly safe to use, as long as one does not vastly exceed the suggested/recommended daily intake.

I make a mouthwash with a couple drops of both cinnamon leaf oil and oregano oil in water with a little pink salt.
If you don't like the salt taste, a little stevia is good in it too. It works very well.

Cloves, preferably freshly ground, for teeth, mixed with salt if desired. Only a tiny amount is sufficient for gentle brushing.
Real oregano oil burns, so is put into a capsule immediately prior to consumption. Start with 6 drops for no longer than five days in a row then take at leadt a week off. Use only when an infection or inflammation is present.

I’m using Cinnamomum now praying it helps shrink this fibroid tumor, which it is known to do.
