When I first saw the cartoon stuff in another of your video, I was : that's cool, but I would never use it. Then I saw your presentation here and the methods you used to set up everything... It just clicked. This can be used for so many types of animations, using image/photo assets. Thanks this resolvecon Casey.
Amazing conference. I drove down from Vancouver, BC and worth the time absolutely!!! Terrific speakers. And you just must be at next year's ResolveCon!!!!
2:50:50 Fusion has a huge potential for Motion graphics and animation on the level of After Effects. I think it needs proper documentation that allows the community to create more templates, and effects. There is a huge potential here. I don't know if BlackMagic is aware.
I never understand why when people give these presentations, they use extra high resolution to where it makes everything on the screen small. If you're going to give a presentation, lower your resolution so people can actually see what's on your screen.
As a consumer of internet video content on a PC, I hate shorts, and robbing even more of the screen space with hard coded subtitles infuriates me. Just saying. I did find a lot of useful information in your talk though.
