What's the configuration in the case here? I know it's plateless but did you leave in the dampener that's supposed to go between the plate and PCB? And I'm assuming you left the bottom case silicone in?
is this board good for a non beginner that wants a tkl but is broke like me? also can the board run without the bottom slilcone and does plateless make the switches loose?
Honestly for the price, just go for it. The board can run without the silicone but I did not notice any difference in the feeling; however, there might be a slight difference in sound. Going plateless will make your switches more loose but regular use won’t make your switches fly off
Nope they are pretty secure. In fact, I actually have to use the switch puller to take out the keycaps. I think it is because the PE foam helped secure it more
Where did you buy your gmk dmg clones, I have been looking for a good seller.

I kept the dampener that goes between the plate and PCB and I also kept the bottom silicone in. The only thing that isn't there is the plate.

@@asomenick i was considering this thing, but it sold at my vendor so i shilled a little more for the fbtkl. Thanks for the comment tho
Does this supprt nkro?
Do you think it would be possible to go plateless with 3 pin switches? or woudl it be way too wobbly
I think it is possible to go plateless with 3 pin switches. I haven't tried it though
does it sound better, worse, or the same in person?
It sounds the same in person, maybe slightly louder
Did you add pe foam between plate and pcb, thanks
I didnt use a plate for this so it is just ontop of the PCB and I put the case dampener on top
will the switches fall if u turn it over? since its hotswap.

what lube did you use for your stabilizers?
205g0 for the housing and stem and dielectric grease for the wires
@@asomenick factory stabs are awful… I used Teflon grease and I guess it’s too thick for it… 🤔
