I've been making lasagna for years in different ways. Even been making mexican lasagna. But I have never seen one made with these spices I will definitely be making this looks so nice.

Love the show, i would cook the meat separately so you can drain the excess oil, then mix the other veggies, i also cook the onion & peppers before the garlic because it burns faster and leaves a bitter taste. I am looking forward to adding in some the Jamaican spices that will make it pop

Yes i always add 1 egg into the ricotta and blend it! It allows it to be juicy and maintain form without being overly messy

I made the lasagna tonight and when I say it was magnificent, believe it! The wine highlights the onions and bell peppers. It makes them taste so wonderful! The wine brings out the flavor of the meet. I used ground turkey.
I highly recommend the lasagna. This was my second time ever making lasagna and this recipe nailed it!

Hi Deddy and famz! I make a vegetarian lasagna with egglplant n zucchini with tofu n cashew spread blended as my ricotta spread. Of course, I season everything to taste..it shot..no lie.
