This was the most meticulous food making video I've ever seen. Every step was like a watching a master at work. There is no way I will ever be able to achieve creating a pastry like this but it is intriguing to watch. I might be able to pull off a shabby version of these samosas using frozen puff pastry or frozen pie pastry, but I won't be able to call them real samosas after watching Saleem's gorgeous creations of perfection.Still I will happily walk away with the great filling recipe. Thank you Salem for your meticulous creations. The are so incredibly lovely there will never be anyone else to rival you.😍

I am a seasoned cook, and she is a complete beginner (only 11) but I figured this would help spark her interest of cooking (we come from a long line of family cooks). *SHE WAS SO EXCITED TO TRY THIS RECIPE!!!* We have only had samosas in the restaurants, because they look intimidating and very time consuming, but this looks so much more approachable. 1st time watching your channel, and I will be sure to be back for more excellent content!

Salleem Bhai, your entire recipe was an absolute delight to watch . Absolutely fantastic thank you so much .
The last time I saw this method was over 40 years ago when I was at University and my Muslim friend, she made them, from memory in this similar method . Your video is concise , accurate and very easy to follow, thank you again , I will save this video for ever, and I have sent to my children ❤🎉Very grateful, for a fantastic tutorial. Also absolutely love your accent so soothing and peaceful.

It is by far a piece of perfection!!! I am 100% sure that this gentleman has created these masterpieces a whole life again and again with the same dedication. I stopped considering myself a cook. I am back at my starting position as a cook! I wish to thank this gentleman and I shall full of modesty try to learn that skill of making Samosas! Thank you and God bless your proving the angels'
quality of patience and perfection to all of us! Whether we can exercise the same thing is a totally other story! Congratulations! I feel honoured! Thank you!

Congratulations! You are such a wonderful teacher. The explanation was so clear, so brilliant and done with passion and love ,having in mind the comprehension of the students...that I was dumbfounded...I wish to add that I know already how to make samoossas and that I am a teacher of languages. But today I must say ' Bravo ' I am from Mauritius.

Thank you to you Marie for being a teacher. When the teacher comes, the student is ready to learn. Some teachers are impatient because I think they don't put themselves in place of the student. You pointed it out that Teacher Kaleem's kitchen he was both the teacher and the student. The observer was being the observed. Visit Jiddu Krishnamurti's talks on this subject of not being separate.
