Solid contents and key information for proper breathing. Since purchasing the O2 Trainer, my lungs air capacity incremented. The process was a slow one, but feeling results 100%

Can 100% confirm the covid part and double pneumonia it helped a lot. Early on it helped me cough up all the shit in my lungs and expand the alveoli.

Should one hold/pause at either end of the breathing? I remember in Tai Chi continuous breathing was emphasised.

Dude keep this in mind ,most people are thinking the exact same about there selves I learnt this long long time ago I heard it ,and it made sense ,I now tell anyone who suffers anxiety etc etc everyone’s thinking like you ,oh what do I look like in this skirt ,this top this hat ,etc etc ,just stop worrying about someone you’ll never see again and if it is a person you see a lot and dnt understand you have a problem srry to say it but they ain’t a big loss ,peace

Just do a nasal breathing, meaning dont be a mouth breather. Your problem will be solved, believe me. I did it. Look for james nestor breath or patrick mckeown
