It depends on your interest. If you are interested in HR, then I would suggest you to learn SAP SuccessFactors, if you are interested in Finance, then SAP S/4HANA finance would be a good choice. So on and so forth. Firstly, decide what is it that you are interested to learn and pursue something in that area. All the best!
Hello, there is no set criteria as such. You should learn a module that you are interested in. I know some mechanical engineers currently working as SuccessFactors consultants. It all depends on what type of an SAP Consultant you would like to become.
As a scrum master, you don’t need to learn BW4HANA in depth. A basic understanding of what it is and how it works should be sufficient. Learn about SAP Activate methodology though. As a scrum master it will help you with your project management strategy.

Secondly if you want to become a Project manager for any SAP based project, you should have a combination of PM + one Functional skill(Functino-Manegerial) or PM + Technical skill(Techno-Managerial). However, it's always good to do what you love to do.
