    Today's baking is 'Fresh cream muffin' without butter and oil.
    It is super easy and quick recipe for making delicious muffin.
    Just 10 minutes including panning.
    It is very useful recipe when you have remnant whipped cream. It's a recipe that doesn't have butter or oil, so beginner can make it easy.

    Easy and delicious fresh cream muffin(5 muffins)
    No butter, no oil recipe.
    INGREDIENT
    105g Fresh cream
    65g Sugar
    1 (53-55g) Egg
    65g Cake flour
    20g Almond flour
    4g Baking powder
    A moderate amount of sliced white almonds
    1. Combined egg and sugar with fresh cream.
    Use the egg of room temperature and heat the fresh cream with microwave until lukewarm.
    2. Sieve cake flour, almond flour and baking powder and mix.
    3. Line the muffin pan with paper baking cups.
    4. Pour batter into 80% of the muffin pan.
    5. Place sliced white almonds on the top.
    6. Bake at 175℃ (350 ℉)for 15~20 minutes.
