"Iron man" is about someone who travels back on time to warn humanity of a disaster that will wipe them out. But this messenger gets turned into iron. He gets so ridiculed by humans that he lashes out at humanity and destroys it, becoming the disaster that he tried to prevent.

Part one introduced me to Helloween, Megadeth, Slayer, Pantera, Dio, and Motorhead (I only knew Sabbath, Metallica, Anthrax, and Maiden at the time)

I love how many of these riffs are in standard tuning. I genuinely prefer riffs that aren't just the lowest possible noises our ears still interpret as notes.

А в остальном согласна. В основном он взял известные группы, но далеко не самые их известные риффы (исключение - Iron Man, Rainbow in the Dark)
