Good build but maybe add a low level infection on to stack bloodlust. If it weren’t a fastball build I would suggest a pandemic but the infection is the second best to that. Also take 4 points out of thrill of the kill as one point already is good enough as you do so much damage on op 10 that it will give you your health back immediately. Put those skills into hellborn and you could capstone it. Salt the wound is good for melee but is harder to stack when using shotguns primarily.
