    Nice job! I just don't understand why shops cut short on the A pillar it is less than 1oz of paint and no weak spot if u just do it right. I'm guessing you boss makes u do it. Because your work looks on point. Prep too!

    Nice job but you shouldn’t be spraying a metallic color like that on the door laying flat, Metallics will reflect differently

      I feel that if you apply the same spray technique to everything there should not be an issue. Would definitely not recommend a three stage pearl this way. The worse that could happen is the clear would be slicker than the rest considering being layed down instead of being upwards like the vehicle. Now, this is my opinion every painter is different and we all spray different but I definitely appreciate the comment.

    Awesome job, what clear do you use. Also I didn't hear it in the video, is that the "I" or the "O"?

      Well I'm a painter as well so I love seeing what others are doing to keep current/learn whats going on out there. I love the videos of you just doing the day to day with your take and opinions on how to do it and what tips/tricks you have. Videos of you spraying, prepping, buffing, etc. would be cool to me. I just love seeing a fellow brother do his thing

    How does 5500 spray compared to the 5000

    • @paintworkbyjr3685
      @paintworkbyjr3685  5 лет назад

      Honestly it's not much difference brother. The only thing I see difference is the trigger is more smooth and it looks cool with the color scheme and being quiet while spraying. Spray wise it's about the same.
