Just few words about your spawns. To my mind your ratio "no contamined/contamined" is really too big. The inoculation is one of the very most sensitive step of shrooms growing. I think you should do this work with gloves, and sterilized cotton or compresses. And the very very important thing is you absolutly can't touch the coton with your hands even if you think your hands are clean and desinfected. Then you can also put a medical mask.
If you do that you'll see your results would be much much better. Only 0 or 1 contamination 😉
