I wonder if this clogged because the hair that was wrapped around acted like a rope across the outlet and therefore the large item couldn't pass and then it backed up.
Vacuum Wars showed how great this vacuum is at picking up large items like Cheerios. You just showed how it just snow plowed the larger items. I tend to trust your review more because Dyson can do no wrong when it comes to Vacuum Wars.
EXACTLY. I watched that video earlier where he picked up alot more fruit loops then in my test and he said nothing about it clogging. I don't trust his reviews.
With all the drawbacks i really love the omniglide. The best value is being lightweight and its form factor. If you already have the existing larger vacuum, this will do the small job easily. In fact, I used the omniglide more than the bigger vacuum 😂
Excellent review, thanks. The Fruit Loops problem doesn't bother me. Our issue is 90% dog hair/fuzz balls -- no cereal -- and it does great with those. I had a Tineco A11 Hero that just pushed the fuzz balls around. You can't get more useless than that! I'm thrilled with the Omni Glide because it's so lightweight and the small head gets in a lot more spaces than most other stick-type vacuums. The small dirt cup is definitely annoying and I can see it might be a deal breaker for some people, but I can live with it. I watched a bunch of reviews before I ordered it so I wasn't surprised. Thanks again.
@@AdamsReviews Nah, it's a good test. I mean it may be interesting to know what happens without the hair but not sure it is useful, as in my house, though I have no pets, I have a spouse with long curly hair so this test represents my reality.
Seems like a great dusting vacuum/quick cleanup.

Adam, excellent review and excellent warning.

Ist Omni-Glide auch führ Teppich geignet
Looks like the clog was due to the hair wrapped in the bin.

O
Ich mächte wisen ob der Omni-Glide auch führ Teppich geignet ist? ?
Looked like maybe the hair trapped the fruit loops there rather than the fruit loops getting stuck?
I noticed that after the video. It's possible...I can test it again without the hair if you would like.

I think the max or reg. the button is to save the battery
My Dyson outsize gets clogged in the same spot if I vacuum up Cheerios
Does it work in highly humid places?
Well that Omni Glide head fit a regular Dyson stick vac?
Nice Vacuum for hard floors! Are you going to test the 360 s10? It has 3D mapping! :OOO
Yes please. I’ve seen that one and thought, Adam should test it 😀😀🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹
@@SuperCarlosReis Yeah Adam should! :DDD (BTW, 360 is similar to Roborock)
Hi! I know there’s an attachment to vacuum upholstery? If you have it, can you test that on your sofa and carpet?
I consider the omni for the light wigh
Hi, great video! Just a question: does this dual roller fluffy head work with Dyson v15?
No, it doesn’t fit any other Dyson, unless someone come up w/ adapter
Check Ebay. I know they sell ones that will fit V8-V10
@@Suz9006 thank you, I will check soon!
Try picking up flours, i would love to see that
Me to :)
How good is it when cleaning the bed? In Germany it comes with the mini brush roller too. Would be interested if I should keep V8 or switch to omni.
Thank you so much 💓
We still wait for him in Europe!
What can you do? Don't buy Fruit Loops. Good video btw.
Hummmm. Great test, but I would keep the v15 with laser, but it costs 800 eur around here 🥵
I recently went to the store to look at the v15. It is very top heavy and on emptying the bin the weight and drag on my wrist was a lot.
@@thewisepowerchair2369 But still, I think Dyson have the best stick vacuums, but Cecotec Conga are getting closer 🤨🤨
I have arthritis and i don't have kids so it might be perfect for me
I believe you are supposed to bend over, pick up, and eat the jelly beans. Everything else is good to go bye-bye in the vac. :-)
Nice toy.
WTF
how dare you use fruit loops...........should of tossed candy corn on the floor.........Geez
sorry 😢
