I have had this Dyson for a few weeks now and its constant maintenance. Hair gets wrapped around the small wheels and make it difficult to manoeuvre. Its a good wee tool but you need to look after it

I guess you used max mode for both the v12 and the omniglide : the lower airflow of the omniglide should be the reason why the cylone dust seperation is not working that well compared to the v12. But since your test is simulating the dust amount of a longer period is should not be such a huge problem.

I feel like some less than stellar thinker, tried to compare a paper towel to a bathing towel and was disappointed that ONE paper towel couldn't wipe you dry after bathing.
The Omni-glide is not an industrial strength total solution to cleaning a big house, it's more secondary/specialized cleaning device, it's head tech seems innovative, unfortunately you think it's a suction vacuum and completely missed that is has no suction because it's a roller vacuum.
I do not know of a way you can fill the storage in a "normal" house in the 20 minutes it's battery last.
On the other hand you didn't bother testing the "furniture" cleaning mode instead of the floor, that is where the device has trouble as it's not a suction based vacuum, so without the roller head it doesn't really work well.
